A Day with Nature
A Day with Nature
I didn’t want to go that day,
But my teacher said, “You must, okay?”
It was near our college, not too far,
So we got ready and entered the van car.
It started raining, soft and light,
The cold wind made the day feel right.
We sang, we danced, we had some fun,
Enjoying songs until the journey was done.
We reached a place full of flowers and light,
Everything there was a colorful sight.
They made a chariot using only flowers,
It looked so pretty, like magical powers.
Then we climbed a mountain high,
With green all around and clouds in the sky.
We walked through steps, one by one,
Though tired, we still had fun.
The view from the top took my breath away,
Mountains, trees, and falls on display.
It felt like magic, so calm and grand,
Like nature was holding my hand.
We went to find the mountain’s end,
But the road was tough, it didn’t bend.
We came back tired, full of sweat,
But the best adventure I had yet!
We played, we laughed, we didn’t take a pic,
But memories were made, strong and quick.
For the first time, I spoke to trees,
To flowers, wind, and rain with ease.
Now I know how beautiful it can be,
When you let your heart feel wild and free.
Courtallam’s beauty touched my soul—
Today, I felt peaceful, happy, whole.
