The Selfish Doctor

Once Upon a time there was a village in China. People of that village used to live in peace. But there lived only a selfish doctor who was very rich. Only he was the doctor and was rich so everyone admired him. One day one farmer's son became very sick and his father quickly took his son to the doctor. The guard of the house told that doctor is sleeping. The farmer requested the guard to wake him up but he denied since doctor instructed him not to do so. Unfortunately in that night, the son of the farmer died. The mother of the son repeatedly blamed the doctor since he didn't arise and check her son. One day the son of that doctor was disturbing a snake with a stick in nearby field. After a while the snake bit the boy. The doctor tried his best to cure the wound with his medicines. The mother of the boy asked their guard 'Manu' to call that farmer who lost his son few months ago, since he was famous in healing naturally for snake bite. Monu ran towards farmer's house and asked him to come with him to doctor's house for help.

The wife of the farmer shouted angrily, "Get out from here, how dare you come for a help?"

Monu ran towards his master's house and told that after the death of farmer's son, the mother had become mad since only her son was doing the job to earn money for the family. That night when farmer's family was sleeping, the mother heard a sound of a girl who was calling to open the door. She quickly woke up her husband and opened the door and was surprised to see that one beautiful cute girl was standing outside with wings.

They both asked, "Where have you come from beautiful girl?" The fairy replied that she was from 'Fairy Land'. She told if you go to heal the doctor's son then I can bring your son back. They agreed and quickly moved to doctor's house with some natural medicines. The farmer was so sad to see that poison of the snake has affected the body and immediately took out the medicines and gave in proper place. At last the doctor's son became fit. The farmer was surprised to see that his dead son is standing in front of the door. They thanked the fairy. On the next morning the doctor gave a lot of money to the farmer and realized his mistake that he would always serve for villagers in any time or else his child will become sick. From that day there was fully peace in the village and they lived happily ever after. So the moral of the story is ' Causing pain to others will cause pain to you because causing pain to people means to cause pain to God'.
