Sympathy Must Be Given To Ladies

Every relationship needs trust and honesty. We all work in a society where mutual trusts are important. Mutual respect, share, and care must be there. We must be committed to any enterprise we work for. Nowadays there are so many companies spring up in our cities. All companies expect optimum performance from an employee. However, companies must give a fair trial for every employee. An employee will try to give his/her best but we must not expect too much from them. All ladies come to the office for their bread and butter.No lady employee would like to be used too much.No employer must exploit them too much. Because to raise their kids they come to the office. Hence they must not be exploited. It is true we are a little less knowledgable as compared to or other expert colleagues. So we must be shown sympathy.
