An Amoosing Tale

"Is that a shooting star, he said. I looked at the sky and couldn't take my eyes off it. It was beautiful. I stood up, jumped, tried to hold it in my hands, tried to keep it to myself forever. It was shinning like a dream. And I stood high, looked into the eyes of that dream, deep into them, I kept on looking and looking until it turned into a nightmare. A nightmare that I don't want to remember. A nightmare that I will never forget", my mom looked at my dad. She took a deep breath and continued.

        "That shooting star of ours slowly moved towards the earth and started hovering at our heads. What is it if not a star? Are we being watched or is our country under attack? We were still busy figuring out sane reasons for what was happening in front of us when suddenly a beam of light hit the earth. Gasping for the air we looked for answers and saw a figure moving through the beam. Is that a cow? Is someone stealing cows?

No. That wasn't the case. It was way worse. The cows were not being transported but deported. From where? I guess we were ready to acknowledge the most unbelievable explanation. ALIEN INVASION. Alien shaped like cows. What if aliens are cows. What if cows have always been these extra celestial creatures. They are weird anyway. I kept on asking these questions. Your father exhausted by this discovery took a sip from his latte, and the realization hit us. Holy Cow!!! is what all we could shout."

I looked at my mom in disbelief, sighed" Arghhhh!! These Vegans" and left.
