Today is a wonderful day for our loving diverse country India as on this day only we got independence or freedom from despotic British rule. Talking about freedom we often talk about great names , freedom fighters such as Bapu, Bhagat singh , Rajguru etc etc and indeed these were great warriors of that time. But as an Indian every person in this country is itself an army filled with love , nationalism and passion towards nation. While walking back in that time frame we came across many faces which carries different stories of that time in their eyes. One such story is of Mantagini Hazra. A girl was born in a poor family she was a common being who was deprived of education and was married to an old man at very early age. And at 18 year of age she was back in her village widowed, childless. She started helping and taking care of old , poor , demised ones..and here she the Mantagini Hazra discovered her life's ultimate goal and she became the unsung female warrior of the freedom struggle. She became a revolutionary and was shot died at an March where she was heading with our national flag. And her last words were 'Vande Matram '. She is also known as old lady Gandhi.

This story is known to a few people about this lady warrior thus saying that there are many such warriors who have been not recognized or known this meant that even our common people, man , women , of our country contributed to this struggle.

The power that common man has in changing the fate of country is not hidden from anyone the most worldwide known example of this is our current Prime Minister of India Mr Narendra Modi sir who was a common man turned into a fighter and warrior. We all should focus on bringing good fortune to our nation with following the path of good and responsible citizens for making "The tryst with destiny" true in every sense.
