Fly

Amidst the life steady and fast

With no time to spare on living

She came across an ordinary bug

Unaware of what he was giving

Giving her the hope & gist to seize

Every moment that passes by

She left him undisturbed for hours

While he moved down her leg but didn’t fly

Fly away in search of love 

That she offered in an unkind manner

By sitting cold until he went 

Looking for a better planner

The planner that she could not be

Of a better faith & belief

But she still found him sitting

On her shoe with a relief

A relief she felt on looking at him

And maybe he adored her too

The affection made her wonder why

While he rested on the shoe

The shoe was nothing but a sign

From him to show her the road that led

To life as she took a while

And realize that he was long dead
