Once upon a time..

Once upon a time,

there was nothing..

But the stones.

We hunted,

Survived,

Lived.

One day we got a visitor,

From a land of nowhere,

Come visit our world, he said

Inviting us for Supper.

We have mobiles,

The internet,

Social media,

Every luxury you can think of.

We understood nothing..

But the Supper part,

So off we went..

His world looked bright.

Tall structures..

Moving objects, carrying humans..

But not everyone looked the same,

Some clothed in such luxury,

Some seemed like barely clothed..

They looked stressed,

Worried,

Hurried.

(Why weren’t they happy?)

Children hooked to something in their hands,

(Why weren’t they playing?)

Well..we had their supper,

Worried,

Hurried,

to get back

to our land

to our peace!
