Motherhood

Motherhood is bliss, all say,

But months passed away slogging night and day,

And then came time for me to be away,

Back to work, no more baby to play

So this is the day I will never forget, 

Coz my heart burst in pieces as I left, 

Crying her heart out, she saw me leave 

Never am I coming back, she did believe.

But In the evening she welcomed me back, 

Leaped in my arms like a jumping jack,

She giggled and mended my heart, 

Tears of joy had begun to start!

  

Motherhood is definitely a bliss, 

Coz everything can be sorted with your baby’s kiss!!!
