To My Beloved Love

(An episode from the life of two lovers)

"To love without condition, to talk without intention, to give without reason and to give without expectation, that's the spirit of true love." This is a quote from Lord Krishna about love. In every humans being's life, there's love as well as pain.

Since the month is June, there are heavy rains in Coimbatore district. Besides such a heavy rainfall, one man named Siddharth drives his car to a cemetery in order to place a rose to his beloved one(who had died, three days before) accompanied by his close friend Sai Adhithya.


Siddharth recalls his memories with the beloved one, to whom he have placed the roses.


At this time, Sai Adhithya asks him, Siddharth. You remember some memorable moments in our college life?"


After hearing this question, Siddharth recalls his life before three years, when he was a final year college student.


Siddharth is an aggressive, violent and highly-career oriented guy, who never spares the one, betraying him. He stays in an outside hostel and develops a strained relationship with his family members, since they have betrayed him at every point of time.


As a child, Siddharth suffered a lot. His father, Anand, divorced Sarvesh's mother, when he was a kid and remarried again, which angered Siddharth and henceforth, he maintains a strained relationship.


In order to prove himself to the world, Siddharth is rigorously taking NCC, through which he have planned to join the Indian Army.


To the only friend, with whom he is close is Sai Adhithya. He too is an orphan and aims to join NCC, disliking girls a lot, similar to Siddharth.


There is no place for the word love in Siddharth's heart and his only aim is to serve for the nation due to which, he makes a lots of rivalries among girls.


While the relationship with girls worsens for Siddharth, one girl named Vishalakshi alone becomes close to him, despite the hatred towards girls and to herself.


Vishalakshi comes from a middle-class family in Pondicherry. Her father Lingam is a strict fundamentalist, who expects perfection in everything. He is working as a Colonel in Indian Army.


She liked Siddharth, because he is patriotic, vigilante and protective towards all, despite hating girls. As an example, there came an incident, due to which Vishalakshi liked him a lot: One day, some thugs tried to misbehave with a girl, who weared helmet. To save the girl from their clutches, Siddharth came and using his martial arts skills, he saved the girl. The girl is none other than Vishalakshi. She was attracted to his good nature and realized that he is only anger with girls, due to the drastic past, that he undergone when he was a child.(which she learned from Sai Adhithya)


Vishalakshi unveils to Siddharth that, the girl whom he saved was none other than herself, which surprised him a lot. He asks to Vishalakshi by showing his hand, "Ok. Friends?"


"Friends" said Vishalakshi, shaking his hands, that irked some friends of Siddharth.


"Did you see Deepika? He became quick friend with Vishalakshi. When you tried to become his close friend, he distanced from you...see now" said her friend.


Then, Deepika turns to her friend angrily. She wears a red chuditar, blue shalva and have an attractive blue eyes, beautiful and shining face, wearing a thick sunglasses.


She slaps her saying that, "Atleast, she managed to change his mind." However, it's indeed the NCC, which changed the behaviour of Siddharth and not Vishalakshi.


Deepika loves Sai Adhithya madly. But, she fears to express her love, because of his aggression and tensed nature. The main reason to which she loved her is, he was loving and genuine to all, despite being a misogynist and angry guy. In addition, he respects the word "Love", a lot


Since, he calmed down slowly after getting trained in NCC and slowly ditched his bad thoughts about girls and realized their love and affection. It happened because, his own close buddy Sai Adhithya opposed his wrong point. Because, he have changed to good after getting trained in NCC.


Slowly, Vishalakshi and Siddharth fell in love eventually after some emotional changes. After a long struggle and challenges, Deepika too manages to change Adhithya's mindset, aftermath of which, he also accepts her love and they grew stronger.



By the final year, Vishalakshi and Siddharth's relationship grew stronger until, he gets selected for the Indian Army training.

He is unable to spend time with Vishalakshi, which disturbed her as well as himself, a lot. One day, when Siddharth and Adhithya were planning to leave for Indian Army, Deepika suddenly interrupts Siddha, in order to tell him an important information.

"Deepika. Where is Vishalakshi? Why hasn't she came here? Any problems?" asked Siddharth.

"Siddha. I have come to tell a relevant news about Vishalakshi. Henceforth, I came to meet you...She is now in..." said a feared Deepika.

"She is now in?" asked Siddharth

However, before she could tell him the truth, Siddharth is taken by a hurried and tensed Sai Adhithya, since the duo have been selected for Indian Army training and had to leave quickly. After one and a half years(training as well as in duty), they again returns to Coimbatore in-order to meet Vishalakshi.

But, before Siddharth can meet Vishalakshi, he recalls the words of Deepika: "Siddharth. I have to tell an important news regarding Vishalakshi to you" after which he turns to Sai Adhithya and said him, "Adhithya. Divert the route to Deepika's House. I wanted to meet her."


"Dude. Let's meet her later on. First, let's go to home" said Adhithya.


"Do what I said you, Adhithya" said Siddharth after which, he proceeds to go for Deepika's house.


"Hey Adhithya and Siddharth. How are you? Come. Have a tea or coffee?" Asked Deepika, out of happiness to which Siddharth replies, "No Deepika. I don't want anything. I have come to ask you a question that's related to me and Vishalakshi!"


On hearing this, Deepika blinks at Adhithya, who orders her not to say anything, which Siddharth notices.


"Tell me the truth. What happened to Vishalakshi?" asked Siddharth.


"Siddhu. Ask this to Sai Adhithya, itself. He knews the truth" said Deepika, after which he confronts him.


An emotional Adhithya tells to him, what happened when they got selected for Indian Army.


Deepika came hurriedly to Adhithya and asked him, "Adhithya. Where is Siddha?"


"He have gone to meet his NCC coach. Why? What happened? You seem to be crying. Any problem?" asked Adhithya.


Deepika cried and tells to Adhithya, "Hey. Vishalakshi met with an accident. She is admitted in KMCH hospitals da"


"Oh! How is she now? Is she okay?" asked Sai Adhithya.


"She have recovered completely. But, a shocking news that I had heard from her personally that, she have a very few days left to live. Since, she suffers from blood leukmania since third year's starting(which she had hidden from everyone). Indeed, her last wish is she have to lead a happy moments with Siddha. Let's inform to him immediately" said Deepika.


"No Deepika. Let's not inform this to him. When a right time comes, let's inform this. Please obey my words. He would completely become depressed and upset" said Adhithya...Deepika reluctantly agreed.


Unable to hold her guilt when being asked by Siddha regarding Vishalskhi's whereabouts, she tried tried tell the truth to Siddha. But eventually, Sai Adhithya took him sharply when she was about to say the truth.


Siddharth is heartbroken after hearing this shocking news from Deepika. He breaks down out of sorrow and depression, breaking the glasses and Rose flowers. In addition, he bashes up and scolds Adhithya for not telling the truth, earlier.


"Where is Vishalakshi now?" asked Siddharth.


"She lives in Pondicherry, at present" said Deepika.


Siddharth, Deepika and Adhithya goes to meet Vishalakshi in her home, where she is living alone.


She invites them warmly and in addition, they learns that, Vishalakshi's father died, an year ago while, she was left by her family members, after being considered as a burden and henceforth, she is living as an orphan in Pondicherry.


"Who told you to be orphan, Vishalakshi? I am there for you. Till my death, I would be there with you" said Siddharth, for which Vishalakshi feels happier.


"Siddha. But, I have a very few days left to live due to blood cancer. Will you never leave me, right?" asked a tearful Vishalakshi, to which he accepts and hugs her, in emotion.


This had been watched in tears by Adhithya and Deepika.


Vishalakshi wishes to have a happier road journey with them, before she can die, to which Siddhu agrees.


He agrees to take her to Parambikulam-Azhiyar-Athirapally waterfalls as a three days trip. When being asked by Adhithya about meeting his family, Siddhu firmly rejects.


However, Vishalakshi demands him to reconcile with his estranged family, which he accepts. At first, Siddhu takes Vishalakshi to his hometown Pollachi, where she unites Siddhu and his family and makes everyone happier.


Siddhu realizes his mistakes and heartily apologizes to his father and step-mother. In addition, he confesses the truth of Vishalakshi's health to them. Initially, they are sad on hearing this news. But, eventually they feels happier and peaceful, on seeing Vishalakshi's charming and enthusiastic attitude.


Later, Siddhu takes Vishalakshi and his family members to Sholayar, Athirapally waterfalls and Idukki reservoir as a three days trip to Kerala.


While he and Vishalakshi were living in Kerala lodges, they both grew intimate and make love. Vishalakshi enjoys the natural scenarios in Kerala, a lot. Later, they goes to Mangalore's Jog falls, Krishnarajasagar dam, Iruppu and Abbey falls as a five day long trip in Karnataka. Siddhu makes her happier, as much as possible.


The fifth day, Vishalakshi vomits blood and in the process, she and Siddhu meets with an accident while driving the car for a trip. Both of them are admitted in the hospitals by Siddhu's family members.

Upon checking Vishalakshi, Doctors come and inform to Siddhu's parents: "We checked her brain, sir. There's no response...unfortunately it's brain dead." Hearing this, Deepika and Sai Adhithya cries.

"Doctor. Please save her at any cost...we can't bear her loss." Deepika said crying. Adhithya consoled her..

"She could save many people now also, sir. There's a child suffering from a heart disease. We can save her if her heart is transplanted." Doctor suggested this...

Siddha's father signs the document and eventually, her heart gets transplanted to the child. In the operation theatre where Siddhu gets treated, Vishalakshi comes as a reflection and tells him: "Love is always beautiful Siddha. I regard as great even the smallest gift offered by many devotees in pure love. Life is very very beautiful, Siddhu. I still live in your memories. Bye."

She disappears in the sky. After Siddhu wakes up and got cured, he learns that Vishalakshi have died...

"Hey. Who told that she died da? She is alive...she still lives in a child's heart...that's enough for me...why are you crying da?" He asked to Sai Adhithya as he is crying.

Siddhu goes a mile forward and kneels down...he cries aloud with his eyes, filled with full of tears and sorrow...

Adhithya, Deepika and Siddhu's family comes forward to see him crying...upon seeing them, he wiped out his tears and goes near to Adhithya...

"Nothing da...I fell down...no problem..." Siddhu said.

Deepika slaps him and tells: "Atleast cry now da...why are you hiding the pain inside your heart?"

Siddhu now really bursts out and cries aloud...his family consoled him...after a heartbreaking days, he finally went back to Army and now, leads a happy life...

Back to present, he places the flower in Vishalakshi's cemetery and tells her: "You have left me. But, your memories still remains in my heart and diaries. My love for you is a journey, starting at forever and ending at never."

Later, he leaves back with Adhithya and Deepika, to whom he tells: "Love is like an Ocean. You can see it's beginning. But beautiful thing is that you can't see it's end." While driving, he saw a couple, having a kiss in the heavy rains. But, proceeds to drive the car back to home.

"LOVE BEGINS LIKE A JOURNEY IN A MAN'S LIFE. BUT, ENDS AS A TRAGEDY IN A FEW PEOPLE'S LIFE..."
