Time Travel

Dr. James Morgan is a famous scientist. He made a very extraordinary invention, A Time Machine which he named JM Tense. It was like a slate you could not even distinguish if that is a real-time machine or Santa’s slate. He used it for the first time to test it. He thought he travel both in the past and future. So, he sat down on that slate, made some changes in the settings, and departed to the adventure of the past.

He reached a place where he saw many army troops aligned for a war. In front of them were the normal people who had different types of guns with them. The people attacked, there was gun firing sound from both the sides “BANG-BANG”. They destroyed a building and a few people were coming out of that building. Its stone fragments were sold in the market to those who wished to keep a souvenir of its destruction. He went near the king’s palace where he saw a flag waving in the sky. He was not able to see it properly so he went closer, then he saw the flag of France. He realized that he was in the time of French Revolution and the building that was destroyed was Bastille prison. When he was about to explore more about the Revolution, King Louis XVI saw him and order his army to catch him. The soldiers came running towards James but he disappeared. He came back to his present life. He quickly took out his history book of 9th std and read about the Revolution. When he was reading, he noticed a new box titled as Strange Incident. He saw that the article was about the incident when James went in the Revolution. It said, “A strange man was caught in the palace of King Louis XVI and got disappeared when the soldiers came to arrest him”.

Then he took a trip to the future. When he reached the future, his jaw dropped. He was so-so shocked to see that. He could not believe his eyes. The place was amazing, marvelous, magnificent, beautiful, and awesome. The buildings were huge, there were tracks in the sky, the aircrafts landed there. There was a huge garden floating in the sky.

He explored more about that place. First, he entered a restaurant and had the most delicious dish he ever had. Then he took a ride to the floating garden in the aircraft. There he saw many beautiful and colorful flowers. “This was the best place I have ever visited!” he said in a very joyful mood. Then after returning from the garden, he entered the station. The lady said “Welcome Sir! Where would you like to go next in Mars?”. “What did I hear it correct MARS!!?” he almost had a heart attack when he heard that.
