I washed my cloths in the morning today. I am the laziest student on earth….Hahaha… I did not wash my cloths for last 8 weeks. My room is so messed up. I do not use any foam. I bought a thin plastic as bed sheet , my pillow and one thin cloth in case you get cold. That’s all you need unless you sleep in Genting Highland. I went to Genting Highland in 2013 and I slept with Bangladeshi workers. It was cold like I thought it is winter in Bangladesh. You need blanket to sleep there. I am feeling refreshed now. I had no plan to write but one news came in. It was a news reported by Focusmalaysia. An Indian Malay girl the news was about racism within Malaysia. I mean not foreigners. They are Malaysian citizen.

TIKTOK I: Parboti (psudoname) was praised as “beauty with brain” after she stood up for her rights by ticking off a Tealive staff for lying that the popular bubble tea brand only hires Malays to run its outlets. The incident happened yesterday (May 4) when she asked a staff manning the counter if Tealive has any job openings, only to be told that the vacancy is for “Orang Melayu sahaja” (Malays only).

Confused as to why the staff had denied her of a job opportunity when she clearly has the right to apply for the job, ..... went back to Tealive to “confront” the same staff by telling her that the customer service has clarified that it is not true that the job openings are meant for Orang Melayu sahaja and why did she claimed it to be so.

“The next thing I knew was that she was reaching out to the drawer to take up a job application form and said tak apalah you isi ini saja (never mind you just fill this up).

“Of course, I said no because I wouldn’t want to work with such people and I told her tak apalah you boleh simpan borang itu (you can just keep the form) and that I was just finding out what was happening as it’s not cool to deny me a job because I’m not a Malay.” ..... then reminded the said staff that it does not cost much to be kind to others and to make sure that she hands a job application form to the next person who walks in instead of telling him/her that the vacancies are meant to be filled up by Malays only when that is not even the company’s policy.

“It’s so surprising to me because Tealive is a huge brand in Malaysia and you hire employees like that. There are so many reasons for racism across the world. Malaysian racism evolves from laziness Malays it seemed to me sometimes. Singapore got less resource but they appreciate competition , but Malaysia got huge natural resources. Lands are simply left unused but they do not want to work hard. If this land is properly used , Malaysia can be one of the super power of the world. Only obstacle is the low class mentality of this nation. So jealous and narrow minded and they love religion to justify their laziness. I am not joking. This is harsh truth. There are so many hardworking and active Malays. There is no doubt on that but this is also the issue. I think political leaders love to use this sort of things and manipulate general Malays. I really had no intension to write about this topic. I really hate to reveal their dirty lowest class mentality but I see other suffering too. I saw International students are suffering here over visa issue . Obviously I am not Al-Biruni writing book on Indian society. I cant do justice like him. I am not researcher either. I am a pseudo-researcher. Yet it would be injustice if I say Malays as completely racist. In fact, as I mix up with them. 90% cases I never faced racism during work. Like in few month maybe one or two customer show racism like call any Malay staff and I do not want to talk with any Bangla worker. Something like that but with Malay staff we work we see how friendly they are. Some staffs do show sometimes but that’s for the moment but as we work it is normal, another issue happens like my Bangladeshi friends will say they do not work fast and customers get angry and Bangladeshi workers got pissed off and due to slowness in service customer give complaint and later Malay manager do not want to hire Malay staffs. Sometimes manager and Malay staffs start fighting, shouting and they quit job due to lack of service. These sorts of problems I saw during part time. Some of my friends working in corporate level like in IT services and companies do not like to hire Malay sometimes since the way they want them work and get profit they do not receive. This kind of cases Government must intervene so that these lazy Malays are privileged to work. This is not Singaporean mentality rather it is like promoting laziness by the name of nationhood and Malay privileged. Malays think foreigners getting their job but in reality thousands are job out there. Companies cant hire professional staffs from outside since the policy and to manage foreign staffs are extremely complicated. Some of my friends working under company but with student visa. Companies are welcoming so long you can manage visa. One friend was working in Graphic design and video editing outside and he had really good skills on this. He said if you have skills, no issue in finding job in Malaysia. I remember one BBC Interview with sport minister once where British journalist saying 40% unemployment among graduate and something to blame gov. Mahathir advised fresh graduates to work low class job despite having degree. This sort of issues raised once. I feel like young graduates gotta work strategically no matter what country. I personally worked so many places as part time. All are trapped no matter what. Many left jobs from frustration even though it is professional job after graduation. Nothing is permanent. Government job is secured perhaps. Afterall, anything can happen. Life is all about uncertainty. I praise Malays for few things. They are decent , They are Islamic especially Kelantanese and Terengganu people. They even hate government policy. Obviously so many parties and different views exist. Hence, I can not blame 90% of Malays as racist. I am sorry, but this 10% make things up as if 100% people are racist. International students got phobia I guess due to malayness in everywhere. To get IC, you must speak Malays. I met with so many Indonesian women workers. Some living for 20 years and they get no facility as they were discussing among themselves and complaining about the system. Chinese do not talk rather they just focus on work. May Allah bless this nation. I do not know I see Islam at them. Muhammad used to work hard. His companions were also same , but current Muslims are not productive at all including me. I myself is a racist. I just study for survival. I am expert on survival. I survive here for 10 years. Adaptation is technique for survival of the fittest. I mean you must be Hindu if all are Hindu in that society at least you act like Hindu. In atheist society, you must be atheist to survive there. In ahle hadith mosque , you must act as ahle hadith. In Hanafi place, you must not say amin loudly. That’s how survival work. I thought Abdullah Ibn Ubay was munafiq and his intention was to bring peace , but I realized it is not because he did conspiracy to destroy Islamic State whereas survival is to bring peace with negotiation. Islam does not want to convert you by force but it wants you to understand the message. Only under Islamic state, you are safe to be an atheist, Hindu, Christian or other faith so long you do not harm others. However, remember my technique of survival. At least, you act as if you respect their culture even though you do not be Hindu or Muslim. That’s how you can resolve the conflict.

I hate entire university systems when they asked for letters of recommendation during application in western countries as I applied and they will deny admission for this shit. I applied Malaysian International Scholarship and they require gov officer signature for the form just for the loyalty of nationalism. Nationalism is a scientific religion which is pure bullshit. I know my professor managed funding for me and this is my responsibility as a student to listen whatever he advise. They are old like grandfather. Yet I wish to say fuck off and get lost from this university and return all their money. If I become millionaire and I will return all their money anyway, but I wish to quit university today and work and return their all money first. The issue is everyone is busy to get their foods. This is not even feminism or racism, so long as I survive well, I do not care. Politicians survive by using racism, companies survive by using racism or other means to profit more. They do not care you are racist, religious or what not. So long you work and give the company profit, you are welcome. One Malay company prefer to hire mostly Bangladeshi workers because they work hard and company can maximize their profit. If they keep Malay workers, they work less and company need to put 3 staffs for one task that one Bangladeshi worker could do alone. That’s how preference works. What I write here does not matter for billions of workers. I worked there with them and I know exactly what is going on. These workers live realistic life in terms of action and sex. They work and they do sex randomly with prostitutes and girlfriends and move on. Company is happy since these 10 hours these workers are focused and perform well and after that what disease these staffs bring, they do not care. Recently, a novel came out by the name ‘ A Waiter in Paris’. I ordered the novel in amazon, I paid and it did not reach on time and I complained and they returned my money. The novel came after 3 months. I read the novel. I have more experience than this man working restaurant. Society cares about dressing and look. They do not care behind the scene. Gov officials go for investigation for cleanliness and they are informed already and they clean the restaurant when they know people coming from government. They get A or B class. That’s how things work. I went Kinokuniya, KLCC when this book got published but it was not in stock. This book taught me that millions of graduates from social science background feels same way as I do. Job insecurity. I am not alone in this area. Billions are there. A Bangladeshi girl reached in America and her husband divorced her suddenly after one month and she has no job and no money and she asked for free lawyer to lodge complaint against her husband. Yesterday I asked chat gpt to produce a paragraph like Nietzsche but he refused. Mawdudi in his 4 Quranic terms said indirectly that the process of killing Allah had started in Muslim community.  I really wish not to continue my education anymore. I wish to quit university. I wish to quit people. I wish to commit suicide. If Allah does not exist, what is the point of acting good man? Yesterday I was thinking is the Quran made up by Muhammad? Alif refers to Allah , Lam refers to Allah and mim refers to Muhammad. This is secret code saying I am Muhammad who is acting as Allah to rectify this hypocrite society….Astagfirullah…bullshit thought I know that’s lie and wrong and Muhammad spoke truth and he is the messenger of my beloved Allah…..It came to my mind because of the readings of books in Muktomona. Astagfirullah. During my master thesis I had to read all the world religion books and at the same time I had to read all the books attacking on Islam. Now sure why nowadays I got mentally messed up. This ramadan I was stick to with Masjid and praying 5 times solat and tarawih and perform lailatul qadar in last odd days. Yet sometimes I become stressed as I read western thoughts.
