In life when you are firm determined towards any goal, you push your limits so hard that you are ready to go to any extent without even thinking about the consequences. The Cherry Express incident had the same impact on me. After I got back from jail, something changed in me, though I was already booked under a case of hinderance in government work but that did not stop me at all. I started digging more on The Cherry Express accident case, took out the list of all Three hundred and Fifty Six deceased members. I searched them on internet & it took me nearly one year to contact them all. I found that there was only one family from a small village in Uttar Pradesh which did not receive the amount.

Next morning I was on my way to Agaya village in a rented taxi. I have not travelled in train after that incident, it's like my body freezes even when I think about it. It was 5 AM, I asked the driver to switch off the AC & roll down the side mirrors. The cool breeze brushing against my face was so soothing, I felt as if it was telling me how close I was to my goal, I slept in the car like a new born baby. When I reached the given location in the village, I saw a big hoarding 'Vidyasagar School', I recalled the name of deceased was also Vidyasagar Srivastava. The guy (Bhole) who came to receive me was the person with whom I talked on the phone. When I went inside I saw around Fifty specially abled kids holding each other hands were saying grace to the god before their meal. Bhole told me that he has been to the government office many times for the compensation money but every time he is returned as he was not the son of Vidyasagar, he was his school watchman. He told me that he & his wife took care of kids but as they are illiterate they cannot teach the kids, also they have sold all their ornaments & life savings to take care of kids after the demise of Vidyasagar. Bhole & his wife insisted me to have lunch with kids before leaving, I accepted their offer. I was overwhelmed after spending time with those beautiful kids. That night when I came home, I talked with my in-laws regarding shifting to that village & teaching those kids. To my surprise they not only accepted my offer but themselves decided to move with me to the village. We sold all our property in Delhi & moved to village.

It has been Six years since then, and we have came a long way from Fifty students to Three hundred specially abled students from all over India. My father-in-law is school principal & my mother-in-law looks after cooking with Bhole's wife. Last year we also achieved most influential people award from Uttar Pradesh government. One good thing that happened was we also got the compensation of Twenty Lakhs for Vidyasagar demise in accident in the name of school. Though I have still not got the compensation for Abhay's demise but I have filed a petition with supreme court to find a solution for such cases. That jail incident was like a blessing in disguise for me, though I haven't achieved my goal but certainly I have got something that was missing from me for a long time.....My Inner Peace.
