Smiley

This is the story when I just joined school in 1996 after I was newly married and came to Mumbai for first time.I was appointed as Sr.K.G class teacher and as I was very much fond of small kids so I was very happy for this job. I was just started trying to understand psychology of my students as till that time I am not have any experience about children psychology as I was not a mother by that time. This was the story of two twins studying in my class. Both were very sweet. From the two one was little bit weak but very smart and active. She talked very less but with her expression and actions she explains everything well. Whenever she had difficulty in writing she come to me, touched my hand and asked me with her eyes expression to hold her hand and tell me to help her for writing Alphabets. Once I helped her, she learned perfectly and I saw broad smile on her face. She was very fond of smiley and stars given by me.If any time I forgot to give her a smiley or star she was getting very upset.

One day clerk from our school called me and gave me sad news of her sudden death. I was very shocked. Because 3 days before only I had given her 3 smiley and she was very happy that day. I also thought why she was not coming to school from past 3 days. This was something very shocking for me as I was very attached to her. Everyday she was bringing tiffin for me and I always refused with a promise to take a bite tomorrow. That full night I didn't had a sleep and I was unable to and very shocked after this incident.

Next day when I went to her house for her funeral I came to know she fell down at home from stairs and got hurt .The doctor declared that she had severe brain injury and doctor declared her death. My tears flowed rigorously from eyes as I couldn't stop them..

Days later I missed her in the class but take care of her twin sister a lot from that day.

Still I miss her and its impossible me to forget in my life. So I request all the parents first pay attention to the health and safety of a children and don't force to study. Let them be happy in their life. Take care of them and always keep them happy.
