After a long time, I feel today I have taken proper sleep. Today, I slept the whole day to relax and now I am feeling energetic. I always need a good rest to focus better on my work. I ate well today and drank milk and Banana juice in the morning. I read somewhere in a book that Bananas are a happy fruit. If we eat one Banana in the morning it helps us to keep a fresh and happy mood all day.
Also, I gave an exam today for my job. It was quite nice. Generally I don't like to give exams but today I felt I have expressed my learning more clearly during writing exams. I used to forget concepts while writing. I was calm and relaxed during writing and wasn't thinking much. I was not taking stress or worrying. I just sit to write paper and keep writing whatever's coming in my mind to remember my concepts that I learnt in my coursework. Generally, when I get practical exposure I learn better than just studying.
I was volunteering as a listener on 7 cups. When the member shared her issues with me I asked the right question at the right time: what do I want to do right now? What is your first goal? She said she wants to go on a walk that will help her to feel relaxed and calm that will keep aways from anxiety issues. I felt good that I am getting the right skills now after long practice. This was an amazing experience today.
I am also a little health conscious. I feel if I am not healthy enough in my mind and body there is no point in getting success and achievements.
