More Women Centric Companies Should Be Created

More women-centric companies should be created. Women work with more conviction. Be it kitchen work, cleaning work, or high-end corporate job. Women tend to be more truthful and honest to their work as compared to male colleagues. I still remember visiting a hotel at Thrissur which used to be run by women. Fully women in charge of the kitchen, the cashier also women. It is such a nice feeling. Women's safety is ensured. Women need not fear anything. This is my dream to work in a women-centric company. Women need not fear anything. They can work peacefully without any lurking danger. There won't is any ego conflicts. Peacefully women can do their job and earn their bread and butter. We as poor women will definitely wish for such an environment. May such workplaces also flourish. If women are in charge of the corporate environment I feel more success will come.
