lockdown day 1

Dear Diary,

I hope that everyone in my country India is safe and is staying at home. Every day this pandemic becomes dangerous for every human being. Today when I woke up at 7.00 am at first I switched on the TV to see the present situation of this pandemic. But it gave me a worse feeling as 11 people were died because of covid 19 and about 515 people were infected in India. The situation becomes worsen day by day and to stop it our Honourable Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi decided to lockdown India for 21 days, through which the situation can be controlled. Many countries have locked down earlier. After sometime when I was going through the information I came to know that in the world about 3.5 lakh people are infected and 16 thousand people have died. Then my father told me that the situation can be more worsening in the near future. He also told me that if we have to overcome this situation we have to take care of ourselves very carefully. One negligence can harm a lot. My sister told me that this is not a situation of panic but if we take proper measures then we can come out of this situation very soon. But we have to keep patience.
