It is all about Money

Wow! You got this from Mohan uncle. How pretty is this? Alaknanda said to her sister Bhagirathi. This cloth will look beautiful on you. Bhagirathi thought about now it is my turn to gift something to Mohan uncle that will make him happy than ever before. Both sisters decided. This is the time of 2500 BC when people live more and less economics and hence less economy exists. All are closer to nature and less close to a thing called – Money.

Time passed, both passed. Now as time rotates, they again born as two sisters – the same name Alaknanda and Bhagirathi. It is a period of Buddha and Mahavira. People were witnessing a storm of leaving the habit of accumulating wealth and tend towards spiritualism. This spiritualism is focused on Who you are inside rather than What wealth position decides your status outside.

Alaknanda and Bhagirathi both adopted buddha principles as their family took this decision.

But this time a standard had been set – Who has more wealth considered rich and others as poor. New- New things had been discovered like ornaments, house interior decoration, empires were being established, exchange of precious metal gift started, merchandise started, this made a pool of people rich in the sense of what they traded and get back as money. Inspired people began to think about how we can equalize ourselves to such standards of merchants and then this race of earning more by trading or providing services started that is what buddha incarnation wants to limit or control.

But what had begun could be controlled when all will check it personally. As you cannot make people to not to take chocolates as it harms their teeth’s but till all people of the world will taste nobody can leave the thought of tasting it. Similarly, the race of richness or completeness that what was started will come to an end when all people will be tired of this blind race.

Now, both girls living at that time again born as sisters in the 21st century. This time the scenario is completely changed. Now life is all about earning money, spending money, saving money, losing money, money decides the graph of life.

That was the time when Bhagirathi got a gift from his uncle with heart love.

Now it is the time Bhagirathi invited her friends, colleagues, relatives to her birthday party. All around is the stack of materials, on some tables Bread pakora’s, on some cold drinks, on some pastry’s, on some Gulab Jamun, on some side Choole – Chawla, Puri, Raita, etc.

There is a DJ playing song Happy Birthday to you! But what is really missing is intuitive happiness. Of course, her all near and dear has come but not present in her happiness.

Nobody is happy that Bhagirathi comes into their lives and made it beautiful as a friend, as a relation instead of their parents and her Sister of 7 births – Alaknanda.

Friends are conscious about that somehow; she is their competitor as a colleague and all are going in the same direction so competition increases. Relatives consider her as a child of different parents so just eat and move to their homes and no true blessings for her.

Only parents and her sister blessed her with true wishes and the best gift that hides their feelings inside it.

So, what is meaningful, getting an article of clothing from Mohan uncle without any special occasion, without any reason, without any belongingness as he was her uncle only, not father, mother, or her sister.

Or getting gifts that do not mean anything, not useful at all, internet pre-published birthday wishes, and a meaningless birthday party in which nobody has come with any feeling that how Bhagirathi is important or her livingness is needed in their life.

Either she lives or dies, affected only are there parents and sister not any other.

This is the time where our circle of belongingness is barricaded by the money and that was the time when there was a circle of love only that extends its strength as its limit increases.

Now there is no fault of anybody, not Bhagirathi’s friends, colleagues, and her relatives. The fault is in the process of the economy. The biggest disappointment of this economy is that –

“A human had started this and who is suffering most is human and now no more human than an economic machine.”

So how can we become a human again?

By limiting our needs to needed only and living as a world family. If someone has money spend it on your world family not to accumulate and become richest in the world.

If someone has not then it must have the right that in absence of money, he/she will not suffer any inhuman thing.

What our day-to-day life is - waking up father going to his job, a mother making a home, children are going to study. All are doing the work of maintaining materialistic life. Earning to maintain a home, car, clothes, and eating standard. Mother is maintaining it and children are getting ready for a future of more race, where they have to lie, hurt others for saving his/her existence.

Where this race will end? Nowhere. It is just Infinite. We will be extinct till understanding the real meaning of life.
