Namita was abroad for more than a year and she thought of renting her garage for that period. And why not? Just two months ago she had spent a good amount to the society to get her garage covered and if it remained unused then any other youngsters would make it their own two-wheelers grand stay. So, for a few hundred, she rented her garage to a gentleman who was willing to keep his second-bought car.

Every month on the 10th he was supposed to transfer the amount to Namita’s bank. He did so and things were going pretty well. After a few months, the man started playing games and he purposely stopped paying the rent. Namita didn’t say anything for the first month but when he repeated she did not like it. It was not the amount that hit her, it was the strong moral principles, that he had broken. A simple trust that Namita did not like. And if the man had any problems paying the small amount, then he should have told her.

Otherwise, the man claimed to be working as a GM of a private company and the master of two cars. Namita called up the man and enquired about the rent and he was like, ‘Ah! just forgot Oh! By mistake and whatnot? Anyway, the man did transfer the amount that very day.

Namita said that the man was playing games to see if she keeps a track of her account every month and the amount transferred or if she is careless and ---------------?

Namita was annoyed and displeased. Every person needs to be honest with himself/herself. ‘Integrity’.

These are some of the small incidents that take place and we have many things to learn from them. Honesty is not only about being the rightness, it is about being real with yourself. You need not prove to the world, what you are, you need to prove it to yourself, yes I am, on the right path.
