"Rivers are part of the hydrological cycle. Water generally collects in a river from precipitation through a drainage basin from surface runoff and other sources such as groundwater recharge, springs, and the release of stored water in natural ice and snowpacks (e.g., from glaciers).

Rivers and streams are often considered major features within a landscape; however, they actually only cover around 0.1% of the land on Earth. They are made more obvious and significant to humans by the fact that many human cities and civilizations are built around the freshwater supplied by rivers and streams. Most of the major cities of the world are situated on the banks of rivers, as they are, or were, used as a source of water, for obtaining food, for transport, as borders, as a defensive measure, as a source of hydropower to drive machinery, for bathing, and as a means of disposing of waste.

Potamology is the scientific study of rivers, while limnology is the study of inland waters in general."

But in today's world, humans have started to misuse the natural resources for so many reasons in so many ways. The resultant of this lead to various disputes in India.

This is the Symbiosis College of Arts and Science. It's located in the entry of Pune in Maharashtra. Surrounded with the beautiful western ghats on one side, bordered by Nashik and Satara districts, this college is one of the most reputed one in India.

Many have studied well and are now notable popular faces in India. To the left side of the college, there comes the department of Arts under Geography department. In this college, various people of Tamil, Telugu Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi origin respectively.

M.A(Geography) is the popular department course in the college. Because two students of Kannadiga origin: Sai Akhil. He is the topper of the department and is popular among the students. He is now the final year batch of the college, in the last semester.

Akhil despite being a topper in the college, however suffers in disciplinary side due to his rough and tough character. Akhil lives in a hostel with his cousin Sai Adhithya. Both of their relationship is like brothers. Akhil had been raised by his uncle Shivarathnam(Sai Adhithya's father), who too works as the Geogrpahy professor in the same college.

From childhood, Akhil is fond of nature and always wishes to do something useful to conserve the environment. On the other hand, Sai Adhithya is fond to study about rivers, forests, waterfalls and dams. He is selectively involved in conserving the natural resources.

One day, Sai Adhithya's father Shivarathnam was taking a class about the importance of rural development explaining as, "Rural development is considered to be of noticeable importance in the country today than in the olden days in the process of the evolution of the nation. It is a strategy that tries to obtain an improved and productivity, higher socio-economic equality and ambition, and stability in social and economic development."

Then, he notices Adhithya giving lukewarm response for his lectures. Quite disturbed by this, he calls out his name and tells, "Stand up Adhithya."

"Yes sir." Adhithya said.

"Tell me, what I was explaining about the rural development?" He asked him, with his tight brows and eyes.

"Rural development considered to be of noticeable importance in the country today than in the olden days in the process of the evolution of the nation. It is a strategy that tries to obtain an improved and productivity, higher socio-economic equality and ambition, and stability in social and economic development." Adhithya said.

Upon hearing this, Shiva asked him: "You used to collect a lots of information about Rivers, Waterfalls and dams right. Why didn't you collect any informations about rural development?"

Adhithya remains silent for this question. As a result of this, he gets punished and stands outside the class for the whole period. Akhil feels guilty and hides the details of rural development in his notebook.

Both of them have varied characters. Adhithya is cool, smart and happy guy. He doesn't take things much serious and takes and is quite selfish, due to his father's thoughts and words. Akhil is short-tempered, but always smart. He used to study a lots of books, reports and news everyday to engage himself. But, in natural scenarios.

However, Adhithya reads about lots of rivers and natural resources. Everything was going fine until, they both are intervened by their neighbouring class girl: Sanchitha and Akshara Nair. Sanchitha hails from a middle-class family background in Mandya, Bangalore, being raised by her affluent family members, who adored her with a lots of love and affection.

On the other hand, Akshara Nair is from a conservative family background of Kottayam in Kerala. Her father is a Tamilian and mother is a Malayali. She was raised with strict rules and regulations, imposed by her family members. They both are following the guys from their period of undergraduate courses(in second year). Only to be rejected.

At present, the girls have met Akhil and Sai Adhithya to know about their final decision regarding love. When they refused to accept their love, they asked them: "So, this is your final decision, right?"

"Yes." They told stubbornly. They goes towards the college campus.

"Hey. Why is she going towards the college campus da?" Adhithya asked to his friends. Akhil stood stranded.

"Hey. I think they are going to propose the love in public. Your love story would get published as a book, I think da." His friend Dinesh Reddy told to Akhil.

"Hey Akhil. See where is the slippers da? I didn't get it.." Adhithya asked him.

While been tensed, Dinesh Reddy points out a fatty pale guy and tells to Adhithya, "Adhi. See there da. There is one fatty boy. He look so cute. I think he is a debt for the society....he could maximum eat 15 dosa or used to eat always I think. See him da!"

"Go. You go and see da...Tensing us with humors." Akhil said...afterwards, Akhil and Adhithya stops the girls by intruding them.

They finally accepts the girl's love, which makes them happier. Shiva Rathnam also learns about this.

"I am sorry dad. The girls threatened us to go for the campus and expose...That's why we accepted their love." Adhithya said, with his head down. They were travelling in the Honda Car, drove by Akhil.

"So, you didn't accept their love truly. But, out of sympathy right?" He asked them.

They remained silent. Afterwards, Shiva Rathnam tells them: "I didn't want to hurt you two to get hurt da. Just studying and going for work is alone not enough da. We have to explore several other memorable days in our life. Those two girls are good. Please don't cheat them at anytime."

While speaking, Shiva Rathnam suddenly suffers chest pains. He gets admitted in a hospitals. Upon examining him, the doctors told that it's just a mild heart attack. He wanted to take regular tablets.

"Uncle..." Akhil came and saw him with Adhithya.

"Father...nothing to worry...you are fine." Adhithya said.

"Hey guys. If I die, then what would you both do da?" Shiva Rathnam asked them.

"We would kill you...if you say like this again we ourselves would kill you dad." Adhithya said.

They have an emotional hug. Meanwhile, a speech competition about Importance of Indian Rivers have been announced in the college for all student groups.

Akhil and Adhithya's rivalry Sanjeev now decides to insult them by winning the competition. However, this time also, they both wins the first prize due to the inevitable details that they collected and told.

After a few days later, they finishes off their final semester examinations and graduates from the college. Then, they joins in a research company as an Research Analyst and Environmental analyst respectively.

One day, after finishing the works, Akhil and Adhithya goes to the college in order to pick up Shiva Rathnam in their car. There, Sanjeev(still in the college due to arrears) and his friends looks at them.

At that same time, Sanchitha and Akshara Nair also have came to meet Shiva Rathnam, after a small gap from their works.

"Hey...guys have come, da." A few boys said and comes near to them telling: "Sir is taking special class...it would take some time Adhithya brother."

"Sir told to say this as a chorus song ah da? College is over right. Go back to your house." Akhil told them.

"These guys have came da...Are they the hero of this college? They have got graduated right." A friend told.

"No no...they have come in order to pick up Shiva Rathnam." Another friend told.

"What is this dude? You have lost the competition to these two guys. Aren't you ashamed? You should have crushed them by winning right. I feel ashamed to tell this." A friend told to Sanjeev.

"Hey. If someone asked me who I am, I would tell me as Aravinth's son. If they asked that Adhithya means, he would tell as Shiva Rathnam's son. But, if they asked Akhil, he would tell them that, he is the son-in-law of Shiva Rathnam." Sanjeev said.

"Doesn't he know who his parents are?" His friends asked Sanjeev and laughed.

"He doesn't know his parents da....if he is a competitor means, I could have defeated him. He is not a competitor. But, he hails from the family of slut." Sanjeev said.

Angered to the core, both Adhithya and Akhil thrashes Sanjeev and his friends in the college campus. Seeing this, Sanchitha and Akshara tried to stop them: "Akhil. Please stop...what are you doing? This is college."

"Shut up. Just shut up, Akshara." Adhithya pushes her asides and thrashes Sanjeev's friends.

Sanchitha goes and informs this to Shiva Rathnam. He rushes to the fight scene and tells both Akhil and Adhithya: "Please obey my orders da...stop." He slaps them just to get them saved.

"Go out from this college da. Go out..." Shiva Rathnam said them.

"Do you know what did he say, uncle?" Akhil said in tears.

"You don't know what he told us, dad." Adhithya said.

"Keep these things outside the college. This is college...not a market..go." Shiva Rathnam said.

"You only told, Akhil as the guy from the family of slut ah?" Shiva Rathnam asked to Sanjeev.

"Yes. I only told." He said to him..

"Hey...I know from which family Akhil came from da. He always wins in everything. Because, he hailed from such a family da. Go and ask to your mother about your family background. She wouldn't have such great things to tell about your family. Don't even tell him like such again. If you, then he and Adhithya would thrash you to death. Get lost man." Shiva Rathnam said.

Meanwhile, Adhithya and Akhil are to be sent for Meenakshipuram, Pollachi in order to know about the Interstate water sharing disputes between the taluk and Chittoor Taluk from Kerala. However, they asks for sometime and informs this one to Shiva Rathnam.

He asks them to go for the place. Since, many are recommending and requesting the same to them. But, they insists to stay with Shiva Rathnam, which worries him.

The next day, Shiva Rathnam faints down in the college owing to the chest pains and is admitted to the hospital, with severe health condition. Hearing this from Dinesh Reddy, both Adhithya and Akhil rushed to the hospitals and they sees Sanchitha and Akshara also.

"Hey. Where is my father da?" Adhithya asked. While, Akhil searches for Shiva Rathnam in the hospitals.

"Adhithya. Your father is in the ICU da." Dinesh said.

When he tries to go there, Akshara stops him and tells: "Adhithya. Please obey da. You can't go and see him now. He is getting treated."

Akhil also comes at the time and tries to go and see his uncle.

"You can't go inside, guys. Please be patient. He is getting treated." Sanchitha said to Akhil.

The doctor tried maximum to bring the normal condition back to Shiva Rathnam. But in vain. Aftermath, he comes and informs to Akhil-Adhithya: "Guys. His condition is helpless. If you want to speak with him, you can speak."

"Akhil. Go and see him da." Dinesh said to him.

"Adhithya. Go with Akhil and see him da." Akshara said upon seeing his reluctance to see Shiva Rathnam.

"I feel feared to go and see him da." Adhithya and Akhil said to Dinesh.

"Hey. Your uncle would say something to you da. Go da. Go and see him da." Sanchitha said to Akhil.

"Uncle..."

"Dad..." Both guys came and saw Rathnam, in tears.

"Guys. This is my last wish to you da." Shiva Rathnam said them, after removing the mask.

"Don't tell this as your last wish, uncle." Akhil said.

"Please let me speak da." Shiva Rathnam said him.

"Tell dad." Adhithya said in tears.

"After I died...." Shiva Rathnam said and while speaking itself, Akhil tells him: "Uncle. What's this?"

"Father. Please don't tell like such." Adhithya said in tears.

"After I died, you both should go back to Pollachi and solve the interstate disputes da. You both know that it's happening for the past 25 years in our hometown." Shiva Rathnam said.

"Uncle. Are you mad? That villagers have accused us and framed our family as traitors." Akhil said in anger.

"For my sake da." Shiva Rathnam told to him and Adhithya.

"It's unfair, dad." Adhithya said.

"You both didn't study Geography under my insistence da. You both hail from such a great family da. It runs in your blood. It's not only my wish da. It's your father's wish too." Shiva Rathnam said this to Adhithya and Akhil...

They are in tears. Then Rathnam asked them to promise him that, they would fulfill his last wishes of solving the issues in their hometown. They promises him that, they would solve the issues.

Shiva Rathnam eventually dies.

"Uncle. See me uncle. Don't leave us orphaned uncle. Uncle...." Akhil cried.

"Father...father..." Adhithya said...and he cried out aloud...

Sanchitha and Akshara consoled the guys. The guys cremates Shiva Rathnam after shaving their head and moustache completely.

THREE MONTHS LATER:

After three months, Akhil and Adhithya are still more sad. Now, their hair have grown up again with thick beard and moustache. Upon seeing their face in the mirror, Akhil recalls a few memories, where his uncle would use to tell him for shaving the beard.

Further memorable moments are also recalled by the guys.

"Adhithya. Let's go back to Pollachi da." Akhil said.

They packs up their belongings, dresses and everything from their home in their car. Akhil additionally takes his parents and Shiva Rathnam's photo with him. They are then, accompanied by Sanchitha, Akshara and Dinesh Reddy for their journey.

While going in the car, Dinesh Reddy asked him: "Guys. Why you both hate the hometown?" Hearing this, they stop the car and listens to their questions.

"What's there in that place, actually?" Akshara Nair asked them.

Adhithya then opens up their past before ten years in Pollachi:

"I and my family are rich in Meenakshipuram near to Pollachi. It's surrounded by Palakkad Gap of Western Ghats on one side. On the other side, it's greenery and have rich lands. The place is rich in Bauxite.

Palakkad got separated from Tamilnadu on 16th June 1969 due to some disputes that ensued. In our place, we have Azhiyar, Parambikulam, Sholaiyar and two more dams for irrigation activities. We were happily doing farming activities and doesn't find any issues. Waters were opened to the neighbouring states as per the agreement.

But, clashes and disputes arised after a few years. Because, people became selfish in consuming the water resources. They digged well and other things illegally and grabbed waters from Azhiyar river. Two to three check dams were built in the lower stream of the river.

Our grandpa was the village panchayat leader at that time. In the ensuing violence between Chittoor and Meenakshipuram, he got killed brutally. Then, Akhil's father Surendar Krishna decides to investigate the problems as a Environmentalist to everyone.

He learned that our state Tamilnadu is indulging in fraudulent activities and several politicians are too selfish for their own causes. They have earned the sympathy of people and didn't do anything good for the people. Additionally he learned that, this waters have been used for some other purposes of industrial uses.

Corruption also ruled the state. We were unable to do anything with the evidences. At that time, even Central Government refused to help our state. As the politicians found our family a threat for their illegal activities and corrupted business, they cleverly plotted a plan with the help of local MLA Nagendra Raghavan and his brother Pandian.

They set our house into fire and additionally, fired out a few Agricultural lands in the village. Then, they framed Akhil's father as a traitor and have betrayed the hometown by getting ransom from Chittoor. To escape from them, Shiva Rathnam took us back to Maharashtra."

"Our people didn't believe us. Only after we went out, they realized the game of politics." Akhil said after Adhithya finished his words.

"For you just between two states da. But for us, it's between three states: Kerala, Karnataka and Tamilnadu." Sanchitha said.

"What? I don't understand what you say." Akhil said her.

"I meant to say about Kaveri River. The 802 kilometres (498 mi) Kaveri river has 44,000 km2 basin area in Tamil Nadu and 32,000 km2 basin area in Karnataka. In our state, they planned to build Megadhadu dam near to the confluence of Kaveri-Arkavathi rivers. Based on the inflow Karnataka is demanding its due share of water from the river. It states that the pre-independence agreements are invalid and are skewed heavily in the favour of the Madras Presidency, and has demanded a renegotiated settlement based on "equitable sharing of the waters". Tamil Nadu, on the other hand, says that it has already developed almost 3,000,000 acres (12,000 km2) of land and as a result has come to depend very heavily on the existing pattern of usage. Any change in this pattern, it says, will adversely affect the livelihood of millions of farmers in the state. The pre Independence agreement was based on the area occupied by Mysuru Kingdom and Madras presidency. The areas of South Canara (previously under Madras presidency), Coorg Province which were later merged with Karnataka have not been accounted to calculate the right of Karnataka's water share. Although the River Cauvery originated on the Coorg Province, the Coorg province was not included in the agreement. This raises a question about the validity of bilateral agreements between Mysuru and Madras presidencies.

Decades of negotiations between the parties bore no fruit, until the Government of India constituted a tribunal in 1990 to look into the matter. After hearing arguments of all the parties involved for the next 16 years, the tribunal delivered its final verdict on 5 February 2007. In its verdict, the tribunal allocated 419 TMC of water annually to Tamil Nadu and 282 TMC to Karnataka; 30 TMC of Cauvery river water to Kerala and 7 TMC to Puducherry. Karnataka and Tamil Nadu being the major shareholders, Karnataka was ordered to release 192 TMC of water to Tamil Nadu in a normal year from June to May.

The dispute however, did not end there, as all four states decided to file review petitions seeking clarifications and possible renegotiation of the order." Sanchitha said to the guys.

"For you, it's just between three states. But, you know. We have disputes between six neighbouring states: Maharashtra, Odisha, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana." Dinesh Reddy said to Sanchitha.

"Why? Andhra Pradesh is having more dependence on water resources ah?" Akhil asked him.

"Yes da. We depend on the waters of Palar, Krishna, Godavari and Pennar rivers respectively." Dinesh Reddy said.

He reveals about his hometown Prakasham district in Andhra Pradesh:

"Our's hometown is near to the banks of Krishna River da. My father Mohan Reddy worked as civil engineer in the Prakasham Barrage. Actually, Krishna and Godavari have difference. I mean, Godavari's half of the basin lies in Maharashtra. While, Krishna's basin is entirely in Andhra Pradesh. That's the main reason, there comes disputes between our states.

Infact, before few years Polavaram project was announced in Andhra. It links Goavari-Krishna da. Additionally, it's a multi-purpose irrigation project on the Godavari River in the West Godavari District and East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh. The project has been accorded National project status by the Union Government of India and will be the last to be accorded the status. It's reservoir back water spreads up to the Dummugudem Anicut (i.e. approx 150 km back from Polavaram dam on main river side) and approx 115 km on Sabari River side. It is located 40 km to the upstream of Sir Arthur Cotton Barrage in Rajamahendravaram City and 25 km from Rajahmundry Airport. Thus back water spreads into parts of Chhattisgarh and Odisha States. It gives major boost to tourism sector in Godavari Districts as the reservoir covers the famous Papikonda National Park, Polavaram Hydro electric project (HEP) and National Waterway 4 are under construction on left side of the river. But, As per the inter state agreements dated 4 August 1978 (page 89) and 29 January 1979 (page 101) with Andhra Pradesh, the states of Karnataka and Maharashtra are entitled to use 21 tmcft and 14 tmcft respectively out of the unallocated waters of Krishna river when Godavari water transferred in a year by Polavaram right bank canal from Polavaram reservoir to Prakasam barrage across Krishna river is not exceeding 80 tmcft at 75% dependability. When additional Godavari water exceeding 80 tmcft is transferred from Polavaram reservoir, Karnataka and Maharashtra are entitled with additional water from the unallocated Krishna river waters in the same proportion (i.e. 21:14:45) provided all the following conditions are satisfied.

The additional Godavari water from Polavaram project should be transferred to the Krishna river in the upstream of Prakasam barrage. Such additional Godavari water quantity to be shared is decided based on 75% dependability.

The transferred water shall also displace the water discharges from Nagarjuna Sagar Dam for the Krishna delta requirements. Krishna delta is the area located down stream of Prakasam barrage which is part of Krishna basin. It does not include adjacent coastal river basins which are being irrigated by the Krishna waters from the Prakasam barrage.

Thus Andhra Pradesh is entitled to transfer Godavari water in excess of 80 tmcft in three out of four years (below 75% dependability) reducing the water releases from Nagarjunasagar dam for Krishna delta requirements and need not share water with other states beyond 80 tmcft.

The above interstate water sharing agreement does not cover the Godavari water transferred to Krishna river which is not displacing the water releases from the Nagarjunasagar dam for the requirements of Krishna delta. Thus Andhra Pradesh need not share with other states the water transferred via Krishna river or any reservoir located on Krishna river for the water needs of any of its area (including Krishna basin) other than Krishna delta."

"Not only Krishna, Kaveri and Godavari da. There are too many rivers like Narmada, Ganga, Yamuna and Periyar, which too faces these kinds of water sharing disputes. Just solving in one state wouldn't help us da." Adhithya said.

"Lord Krishna told, 'If you want to see the brave, look to those who can return love for hatred. If you want to see the heroic, look to those who can forgive.' We should be brave enough to solve these issues da." Akhil said to them.

Akhil afterwards, realizes that they are still in the road of Bangalore and the place is almost becoming dark. Adhithya then tells him, "Akhil. See to the diesel level da. It's low. Let's fill up the diesel."

They fills diesel after taking it from back of the car. Afterwards, Akhil reaches Hosur and stays in a lodge with Akshara, Adhithya Sanchitha and Dinesh Reddy. Planning to go for Pollachi, the next morning.

"Akshara. What about your state? Is there any water sharing disputes?" Adhithya asked her with a smile.

She remains silent for a while. She continued saying, "Yeah. It's indeed there. Periyar river disputes between Tamilnadu-Kerala. May be you know this well!"

"I don't know much about it. Please tell us." Akhil said out of curiosity.

"Well...as per the reports, our Periyar is the biggest river in Kerala. It rises from your state Theni's Western Ghats. After Mullaiperiyar Dam only, your places like Theni, Madurai and some other places became fertile. This everyone know...But in our state, when Idukki dam came, several issues and disputes arose. The control and safety of the Mullaperiyar dam on the river and the validity and fairness of the corresponding lease agreement have been points of dispute between Kerala and Tamil Nadu states. Intertwined with this, there is a dispute as to whether the Periyar should be classified as an inter-state river or not. Kerala states that the Periyar is an intrastate river since no part of it flows through Tamil Nadu. The river originates in Kerala, flows entirely through Kerala and joins the Arabian Sea in the Kerala. Although these facts have been admitted by Tamil Nadu, it counters that the Periyar should be considered an inter-state river since a part of the catchment of the river lies in Tamil Nadu. It has also cited a 1950 report signed by the then Kerala state irrigation minister V R Krishna Iyer recording that Periyar is an inter-state river since some of its drainage area lay in Madras state. Essentially, the dispute over the status of the river comes down to the definition of an inter-state river, with Kerala supporting the definition to be according to the course of the river, while Tamil Nadu favouring the definition to be according to the catchment area of the river.

The Supreme Court of India, in its verdict on 7 May 2014, stated that although the Periyar rises in and traverses only in the territory of Kerala before entering into Arabian sea, no part of the land in Tamil Nadu abuts river Periyar and that Tamil Nadu is not a riparian state of the Periyar river, the fact that a small part of the Periyar river basin lies in Tamil Nadu is enough to make the river interstate in nature. We get maximum of 300 cm rainfall. But, waters also go dry quick. That's the problem." Akshara said them...

"Now, what shall we do? Shall we solve this disputes or leave it as such?" Adhithya asked them.

"No. We have to do this. But at first, you should know that the disputes is spread all over the country. We have to study them well for an year, by roaming all around the country. We have to study about the geology and hydronic cycle of our Indian Rivers. Then, let's take a step against these interstate disputes." Sanchitha said them.

Akhil agrees to her point and they decides to do as such. They reached Pollachi by 11:30 PM. Akhil goes to his ancestral house, which looks like a bungalow. They goes inside the house and take rest.

The next day, Akhil and Adhithya wakes up at 8:30 AM. They decides to showcase Azhiyar River, Meenkarai dam, Azhiyar dam and Valparai to Sanchitha, Akshara and Dinesh. Akhil learns from a few people that, a bauxite factory is set up in Meenakshipuram, owing to it's richness. For that they have planned to take Akhil's ancestral house.

Additionally, they have forged the documents with corrupt government officers. Angered, Akhil goes to the MLA Nagendra Raghavan's house in Meenakshipuram and confronts him about the document. He threatens him to expose to the public.

But the MLA laughs telling the people to be forgettable and they never minds about this. Additionally, he tells that, "Politicians can never be let down."

Akhil eventually comes away from his house in silence. Then, he tells to Adhithya, "Just solving interstate disputes is not enough da. We have to expose the corruption also on other side. Let's start our journey now itself."

They assures to the people that, "There would come a solution for the disputes" and starts their journey. On first day, they goes to Kerala's Idukki Dam, Mazhampuzha Dam and few more places. They learns about the problems in the state with the help of several people as a research analyst.

Then after a few days, they again goes to Andhra Pradesh. There, Adhithya learned from people that, Polvaram project is the main disputes between several states and in addition, it's affecting the ecological areas, which creates more trouble for this.

Aftermath of this, Sanchitha and Akshara are sent to Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh. Dinesh Reddy is sent to the parts of North India in order to learn about the disputes to learn more details.

ONE YEAR LATER:

One year later now Adhithya, Akhil, Sanchitha, Akshara and Dinesh Reddy decides to return for Pollachi in order to finish up their mission of solving Interstate disputes. Now they have formed a big team consisting of: their college friends, few research analysts and environmentalists. Their group name is, "Indian Bharat Yojana." It's formed after facing numerous struggles.

"Guys. The main purpose of forming this group is to solve the interstate water disputes in our country. Our main target involves five people: Bishop, Horse, Knight and Pawn. Let's be ready for our mission. Jai Hind!" Adhithya said.

"Jai Hind!" Sanchitha, Akshara, Dinesh Reddy and Akhil said. After a few days later, they arrives to Meenakshipuram wjth the group in a bus. They are really impressed with the natural scenarios of South Indian States in the five days travel.

Akhil decides to expose MLA Nagendra and Tamilnadu Government regarding their misuse of natural resources. For that, they first decides to trap Nagendra's brother. As per Akhil's plan, they would implant a fly in the box of Nagendra's brother in the car, which he travels. The fly would showcase their activities.

Their plan works out. Akhil records the video of Nagendra's bribe and corrupt plans to deplete Tamilnadu.

Not only this. Even his conversation with Chief Minister about their politics in Interstate disputes is revealed. The chief minister speaks, "Hey. I only signed the agreement that, 'Karnataka can build dams in any places, as they wish.' However, I myself pretend to protest against this. Hah! People are fools da. If we give beer and money they would come for us like a dog. We would continue to loot the resources and sands for our welfare."

Afterwards, Akhil collects the voice proof with his team's help and afterwards uploads the video in Facebook and Instagram. Their video of corruption activity and the speech goes viral all over India. Additionally, they uploads numerous other evidence against various states on accounts to the misuse of Water resources and natural resources. Due to the politicians only, the interstate disputes are fast-paced.

MLA Nagendra's forgery documents are also exposed. This results in the Chief Minister as well as MLA's arrest. Angered by their arrest, MLA and Chief Minister's supporters and party well-wishers set up several places of Tamilnadu in fire and tried to create riots. However, Central government intervenes and stops their plans.

In retribution for taking revenge against Akhil's family, Nagendra's brother meets him in the prison. There, he tells his brother that, "They should feel till their death. For that, he should kill the one, who is very close to Adhithya and Akhil."

Nagendra's brother henceforth, stabs Dinesh Reddy brutally with the help of his henchman. But, he manages to survive. Politicians are ready to go for any extent.

Henceforth, they decides to kill Nagendra by getting him released out of prison. Akhil withdraws the case by confessing that, the video was morphed and made. They are charged with severe fine and strict warning.

Aftermath of this, Akhil's team continues to expose several other atrocities of politicians by continuing to research against the corruption. With several evidences about Interstate disputes, Akhil and Adhithya goes to Delhi, accompanied by their team.

There, they meets the Prime Minister where Akhil explains about the problems of corruption, communal riots, interstate water disputes by showcasing several pictures and images.

While, Adhithya explained: "Sir. We are in democracy. But, our country is not strict enough. We revoked Special Constitution for Kashmir, we brought Citizenship Amendment Act, we brought New Education Policy. But, what loyalty did we show to the people. We have to initiate some strict measures in order to control these things. For that, only Nationalizing is the way."

"What? Are you kidding? Do you think it's possible? It's very easy for you to say this. But think about us. If we nationalize resources, then the state government would fabricate us to do monarch rule, army rule, etc. What answers could we be able to give them? Just think about it!" The Home Minister, Finance Minister and Central Minister said.

"Sir. I have showcased various reports that we had collected about corruption, exploitation, etc. They are all indulging in these kinds of activities, as they wished. Isn't this an atrocity sir? Think and say sir." Akhil said.
