Kapsun, the brightest of Class XII (12th), was sitting alone in a corner. The whole class was enjoying their farewell in the class, and he was sitting silent and upset on his corner seat. Not that he wasn't interested in partying, he was indeed a very humorous, gleeful, and mischievous student, yet the topper. All the problem he had today with the party is, it was the *farewell* party. He was shedding tears in his heart and was holding an upset face with teary eyes. Nobody almost noticed him, until everybody decided to play a Truth and Dare game. The students dragged him and he sat opposite to Garlite, the same mischievous, tough, fit, kind, and honest boy he had been loving from 12 years, right from his 1st grade, for whom Kapsun left his dream to be a Charted Accountant and took for Medical group just to stay with Garlite. Ya, it was a gay love, but was as pure and innocent it could be. As for Kapsun, it was just hours left until he could be with Garlite. And Kapsun kept staring at Garlite until all screamed with the bottle facing Kapsun. Garlite asked, "Truth or Dare Kapsun?"

Kapsun absent-mindedly replied "Truth"... And everyone roared with laughter and scream... And Garlite, who never knew that Kapsun did love him and was always in a thought that they both were just the best pair since they were one from childhood but was sure that they were not Best Friends but something else, with a wicked smile, asked Kapsun "Come on Kapsun, now say me whom would you Propose if you had a chance to, in this whole college and where would you propose?"... The already hurt Kapsun burst into silent tears, his heartbreaking to 1000 broken pieces. Kapsun shredded tears constantly, and he couldn't hear even that all around him where shouts of "what happened?", "why are you crying?"... The game ended there and all returned to homes to grow up. Kapsun became a known doctor in the Ergine town, a little far from his hometown. He had also been awarded many prestigious awards for his works in the medical field and his vaccines and medicines...Garlite was a well-known Cricketer at the National level also showered with many awards and medals....though he took the medical field, he couldn't succeed there, so he took to sports. Kapsun, whose part of the story only we know still did

Not forget Garlite. He never married.... He rejected even the Mayor's Daughter thereafter nobody offering him their daughter. He was still same kind, humorous, innocent and loyal. But deep in his heart and alone in his home he still wept for Garlite. One fine day a letter came to the address of Kapsun, he opened the envelope and read thus

"Hello dear,

U cannot forget me, can you?"

Kapsun folded the letter and went to close the door

and dimmed the lights, he didn't want that any of his knowns or servants bump in between.... "Dear, i always knew you didnt just look to me as a friend and that is the reason I asked you that question in the farewell for your truth and sat forcibly sat opposite to you so as that its always me and you... Ya, you might have identified me by now, its Garlite here.. I cannot forget you really, everytime you arise in my thoughts and I feel a warm and unease feeling as if my heart needed you right here with me.. Know what, I had loved you ever since but I was never ever sure if you felt the same. I am opening up it now because i felt that if i hide it more then maybe i shall loose u forever. I know u arent married. I asked u that question that day because i wanted to know the truth...and if u chose dare i would have asked u to directly propose...anyway i wanted to reveal the reality that day...dear, Have u. also been loving me? If yes, then come out of your house to the gate, my car has been there since, waiting for you with me inside it. If no, then no problems, just..... "Wet tears had already washed out the further writings of the letter. It was almost washed out. Kaspun kissed the letter and held it close to his heart tightly wrapping it in his arms. He ran out in ecstasy out of his house and saw all around., yes he was there. It was his same Garlite whom he watched silently in classes and whose not even a single match he missed on the TV. He went to hug Garlite and both held each other in their arms. Garlite whispered "Not hear love, in the car it shall be more good"... Both laughed and sat in the car.. Both talked and talked revealing all their feelings and moments all through their life and they explained all their life. Finally after a long drive, it was almost evening, they both were at the beach. Garlite said, "nobody is on this beach, Come on lets step out". Both sat on the sand with the waves just washing their feet.. Kapsun said "would you like to see the reply you wanted from me in the truth or the dare, i can answer both of them now"....They both looked into each other and then the moon and stars. witnessed the best scene they could. Both kissed each other and heartfully both smiled and Kapsun screamed shy-lessly to the open sky "I love him, I love him more than anything more than anyone..."...

And that was a beautiful ending, wasnt it?
