Emotions !

"Ah, no, nothing, I am fine!!" - words can hide what you want to speak,

But the heart feels it and makes it and makes you either weak or strong,

The conflict between the heart and the mind,

It's never easy to find!

Whatever one feels, may not be expressed or narrated in words,

But something inside YOU, keeps telling you something leading to some roads,

Not aware of the destination, you jump on the journey and move around, 

Clueless and directionless, thinking of having an answer to what you feel.

The juggles, the riddles, the chaos in the mind, 

Not letting you sleep and taking you onto a ride!

The art of hiding feelings has been mastered upon,

As one knows the feelings for others might be a source of an amusement,

With a baggage of thoughts and tangles of unanswered questions,

Everyone has made a judgement of the smile and happiness, as the face shines,

Unknowingly of the darker side of the person, the face hides!

Instead of expressing what one feels, the person chooses to fake it around,

With the noise and judgement all around,

Sleeping with eyes open and mind shut,

Loosing yourself to being into someone else,

Feelings have taken a back seat, and no one knows what exactly to express,

Congratulations, you have your emotions suppressed!
