Day 7 -Lockdown 

Dear diary, Today I would like to share the experience of Bhujangasan. I hold this asana for 5 minutes. But it can be hold from 30 seconds to 5 minutes according to ones capacity. There are many types of bhujangasan saralhast bhujangasana, vakrahast bhujangasan, tiryak bhujangasan,.I do saralhast bhujangadan everyday. For saralhast bhujangasan lie down on stomach. Put your hand near chest. And stretch your hand and slowly raise your head toward the back. This asana should not do persons having back pain, any abdominal surgery. 


This asana is good for back, to strengthen the abdomen muscles, good for kidney and liver. Today I watched many celebrities" schedule during the lockdown. And now everybody is travelling in the same boat. But there is a very hard situation for the poor. They are struggling for food. They are trying to go by walking to their villages across 200km to 600 km distance. To listen to this news I feel very bad. On the other hand doctors, nurses, police, cleaner without caring themselves working hard day and night.
