Dear diary, 

I have shared maximum asana and pranayam with you. Now I will share yoganidra. Yoganidra means sleeping in an alert position. In yognidra one should be in a sleeping position. Free your all body parts by sleeping in shavasana. First concentrate on your body parts from left leg, right leg thigh, abdomen, chest, back, face, and brain. Then concentrate on your breathe in and breathe out. Then somebody asks to on the audio of yognidra. And follow the instructions. Don' t sleep. Imagine whatever instructions you are listening to. Anybody can do yoganidra. It helps to increase concentration, decrease anxiety, and improve memory. One should do yognidra once in a month to release fatigue.
