Dear diary, 


I have shared a yoga schedule with you in these 21 days lockdown time. Now Lockdown has extended. So I request to all world to do yoga, meditation and increase your inner strength. So that when lockdown will be over all of us are able to start our routine with more enthusiasm and more inner strength. This lockdown period taught us many things like everything is uncertain, nothing is permanent, to maintain a relationship, we should be down to earth even if we became successful. So yoga definitely helps us to be balanced in this situation and to come out of it.
