Control

Control is something which I have gathered for myself. It is not a big deal for me. Even I have experimented on myself that can I control my own self for anything or everything? For getting the answer of the same, I have experimented on myself in the lockdown period itself, not before that and also the subject of experimentation varied from eating habits to reading habits to exercising habits. And what I found very clearly that if I have suggested myself not to do something that is irrelevant, then I passed on the thing very quickly and realized my strength. Now I can say without any confusion and with proof that I have a control on my own self.
