Once a cobra with its offspring was living inside a ant hill situated in a jungle.By the side of that ant hill a mongoose with it's family also living under an old bush. In spite of their inborn act ive enmity they were staying together at a distance of about 100 metres.

That was a winter morn when a cobra child was peeping out of the hole to expose itself in the sun, one of the mongoose sibling was prone to attack the cobra sibling while it's mother shouted our, "Please never do that now because you are a child and also they are my neighbours. When you will be full grown you may attack snakes at other places but not here. God will be angry upon you. Mind it.

Then the mongoose child obeyed it's mother's advice and stopped. At the same time mother cobra advised it's child, Dear chum you are now a little cobra when you grow up you may protect yourself by hissing or biting from the mongoose. So never lose you energy by hissing now. If you will do now God must be angry on you. Because now we are neighbours to one another. God is so powerful that He knows everything what is in your mind and like wise He give you the result. Please remember. "

After some months the children of the

Mongoose and Cobra families became young.  Their parents became old. One day a hermit and his disciples was plying beside that particular ant hill and the bush. He saw those full grown cobras and mongooses and instructed his disciples to capture all of them. So they captured all the cobras and mongooses by hook or crook and carried them through a bullock cart to their hermitage.

By the side of the hermitage the hermit had built a small zoo of wild animals and birds and taking proper care of them regularly wherein those collected snakes and mongooses were given shelter by the noble hermit.

After some months the snake and mongoose parents were plying nearby the hermit in search of preys and detected their children playing happily by eating the food served by the hermit. In sight of that scene the parents were immensely happy and prayed Almighty God, "O Lord of the Universe You are so kind of us that You listened to our prayer and provided a comfortable and safety shelter for our children. Because of that benevolent action of Yours now we, the parents, are burden and tension free. We are also living happily in our oldage and waiting to stay with You after our death. Thank You Sir
