Cletty Is GODS gift

Cletty is celebrating her 100th birthday on Saturday and is also receiving her birthday greetings from all over the world. Your story is truly inspiring. You have shown the power of determination and courage to overcome the tragedy. This is the story of a great Olympic champion. Your 10 medals as an Olympian, five of them gold, are truly amazing. I am sure if you had completed the 1948 London Olympic Games, you could have won even more medals. Cletty did not play in the 1940 and 1944 Olympics due to the cancellation due to the Second World War. Cletty is considered Hungary’s most successful women’s Olympics.  She made her Olympic debut at the 1952 Helinsky Games at the age of 31, and at the age of 35, she became the oldest gold medalist in gymnastics history. She later went on to teach physical education at the Orde Winget Institute and then became a women’s gymnastics coach in Israel. Cletty was inducted into the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame in 2002 and was awarded the Israel Award in 2017 for contributing to the Games in Israel.
