In the midst of a particularly befuddling physics lecture, Raj leaned over to Priya and whispered, "If I can calculate the trajectory of a water balloon, can I also predict when the professor's monotone will put us to sleep?"

Priya stifled a laugh, her eyes lighting up with mischief. "Only if I can code an app to play alarmingly loud bird noises when it happens!"

Aman, who was seated behind them, chimed in with a thoughtful tone, "Or perhaps we should consider the philosophical implications of snoozing through a lecture. Is it an act of rebellion against societal norms or a testament to the sleep-inducing prowess of academia?"

Maya, engrossed in her sketchbook, suddenly looked up and grinned. "I vote we sketch the professor with a superimposed thought bubble containing equations for a power nap equation."

Their suppressed laughter bubbled up, drawing a disapproving glance from the professor. Maya quickly sketched a donut-wielding alien instead, which set them off into uncontrollable giggles.

After the class, as they reconvened at the campus café, Aman looked at his friends and asked, "Is it possible that our collective irreverence towards academic conventions might just be the key to achieving true enlightenment?"

Raj raised an eyebrow. "Or it might just lead us to a lifetime of explaining why we turned our professor into a donut-wielding extraterrestrial."

Priya, eyes twinkling, interjected, "Enlightenment or not, can we please focus on making that automated baking machine for the upcoming Bake-off?"

Their preparation for the Bake-off was nothing short of comedic chaos. Maya's artistic sketches turned into heated debates about the aesthetics of cupcake icing. Aman pondered whether the app could also contemplate the meaning of sweetness. Raj suggested adding flashing lights to the baking machine for a disco baking experience, while Priya worried that the cupcakes might end up on the ceiling alongside her rogue code.

As they unveiled their creation, Maya hit the "Start" button with a flourish. The machine began to whir and hum, mixing ingredients to the rhythm of Maya's humming. But just as they thought they had cracked the code, a shower of flour erupted from the machine, covering everything in a powdery white dust.

Aman's philosophical side took over. "Is this our metaphorical rise from the ashes, like a Phoenix, only covered in flour?"

Raj laughed. "More like a Phoenix that got into a brawl with a bag of flour!"

The day of graduation arrived, and they stood side by side, adorned in their graduation attire. Maya grinned at her friends and said, "Who knew that our academic journey would be such a delightful blend of equations and eccentricity?"

Aman nodded, his eyes reflecting their shared memories. "Indeed, our equation for success was built upon a foundation of laughter and the occasional sprinkle of flour."

As they walked off the stage, degrees in hand, Raj couldn't help but add, "And a dash of donut-wielding aliens, of course."

Their laughter echoed through the hall, a fitting tribute to the unconventional friendship that had propelled them through IIT with a flair for the absurd. They had defied expectations, embraced chaos, and created bonds that were as unbreakable as they were uproarious.

And so, the quartet's legacy lived on - not as prodigious prodigies or conventional achievers, but as the champions of comedy, camaraderie, and the sweet chaos that comes when aspirations and friendships collide.
