Aahat

Aahat was a Indian horror/supernatural thriller series which aired on Sony Channel. Aahat means an approaching sound and the name itself generated a lot of fear among the audience. 

It was one such night when I was watching an episode of Aahat. I was studying in school and there was pressure on me to go bed early as there were classes the next day. But I insisted on watching the episode. 

Finally, I went to bed and fell asleep almost immediately. I saw myself in a house just next to the graveyard. It was a big house and just Sagar (my friend) and myself were there. No one knows how we got there. 

Suddenly the lights started blinking and a dark figure looking like Tamraj Kilvish (of Shaktimaan serial) entered the room. Without saying a word he started attacking us with his sword. Sagar just missed his sword by a whisker. We ran hither and thither crying for help. 

The ghost finally caught Sagar and threw him. Sagar became unconscious after falling down. Now it seemed my turn. Just as I was going to be caught by the ghost, I felt as if water was being splashed on me and opened my eyes. My parents had thrown water on me in order to wake me up. They said I was crying 'help help' in sleep!
