A New Earth

It was the year 2589 AD. Dr. Albert was sitting in a space ship and viewing the disaster happening around the globe. The towers were falling like sandcastles. Grounds were becoming a sinking hole and engulfing whatever it had on top. Huge Tsunamis were hitting down the cities and drowning everything that is coming its way. The “Earth” was taking its last breath. Humans have destroyed a beautiful place to live.

The scientists have already discovered another look-alike planet of Earth which was around 150,000 Kms away, but hidden the fact from people. It was a multi-billion dollars project, and only few high profile people were given the call to invest and protect their future. It took several years for scientists to develop facilities on the other planet and make it livable for humans and animals. Scientists wanted to recreate earth-like environment on the new planet and hence, they chose to preserve at least two members of every species on the Earth. The atmospheric conditions of the planet was almost similar to that of earth. Signs of life possibilities were discovered earlier. Artificial Water facility was created on the other planet (KP12). People’s representatives from all over the world have been chosen to board the space-ship.

As soon as they boarded the ship, they began to talk about the plans to reform the new planet. They were speaking about territorial and geographical limitations. They were trying to part the new planet into geographical boundaries as per their status on earth.

This was soon disqualified by the head of the Scientists – Dr. Alen. Dr. Alen was in no mood to give the responsibilities of this new planet to these politicians who have destroyed the Earth to keep their dignity high over the citizens. He discarded any opportunity for geographical limitations. As soon the ship landed KP12, people were amazed to see the beauty. It was totally natural inhabitated place, surrounded by trees. Houses were made of wood and people around the place could be seen working for betterment of the place. It was informed that the oxygen level of this planet is far less than Earth. Artificial oxygen is generated using the available resources in the laboratory. All the members in the space ship have been allotted a place to stay on the planet.

Soon, things began to change. People on the planet mutually agreed upon the terms for exchange currencies. Soon, barter system took its shape. People began to exchange food items with other belongings. They started to harvest and used their excess food items in exchange for others. Later, the people desired to have a place of worship. And soon, they began to build their place worship – Temples, Mosque, Gurudwara, church. Soon, people were differentiated on terms of religions. Later, people started bartering the items amongst their religion.

Soon things began to evolve. People formed their administrative boundaries, and started to distinguish with geographical limits. They started making weapons in order to avoid any sort of war like situation. Some of the rich politicians lured some scientists and began to make harmful war weapons. Soon, the houses made of wood began to replace by cemented towers. People started exploring the resources on their grounds. Some found Coal, some found mines, and some found oil. People who were having powerful resources began to lure the people of other geographical destination to join their place. And hence, people started moving to places which was giving them huge. Soon, barter lost its place and people started printing their currencies. The valuation of the currency was done on the basis of the resources available in that geographical destination. Soon people started to trade in forms of currencies. The nations who were poor in resources were bought by the rich and powerful destinations. Everyone was trying to prove himself powerful than the others.

Meanwhile scientists have already figured out what was going on, and what it would lead to. They have explored the possibilities of life on Earth (Mother Earth) and they have got the potential signs of it. With mass destructions, the geographical boundaries of the places have changed. The portion of Land remained on the Mother Earth was about 15%. Scientists found the availability of the resources intact on Mother Earth. Soon, transition began. Scientists began developing the Mother Earth with resources available and destroyed any kind of harmful elements available on the planet. Scientists destroyed any type of atomic or nuclear formulas available in their database.

Soon, people on KP12 began fighting for the acquisition of geographical boundaries with each other’s. Scientists found it the best moment to evade from the planet and transit back to Mother Earth. It was then well said by Dr. Alen – No matter, how much you take people away from greed, jealousy, enmity, they will always turn back to find pleasure in it. It was a mistake of ours that we saved a bunch of politicians who never cared for humanity, but cared for themselves. If we could have saved tens of people rather than politicians, we could have made KP12 a better place to live and survive.
