A New Beginning In Winter

Winter is a season which I love to enjoy . It is the time when I love to visit different places.

This is the story of a girl named Shreya who was in 9th standard and wanted to go to a picnic with her school friends and requested her mother. But her mother was not willing to let her go for a picnic also as she was a single child of her mother Reema, Reema did not allow her to go anywhere alone.

Reema was a single mother, her father had divorced Reema two years ago. Since then Shreya was the only hope for her mother. So Shreya was very upset with her mother's caring nature. On the other side, Reema also was not going anywhere because she had a boutique and was always busy in making clothes.

One day Shreya and her friends planned for a picnic in one of the coastal areas in India, Tamil Nadu in  Pamban Island to see Rameswaram Temples and the Island which is 30 kilometres away from their home. Shreya told her mother that it is a beautiful place and temples are also and  there  we will enjoy ourselves a lot. Her mother when heard about the name of the temple she agreed to go with Shreya. Shreya became happy as her mother agreed to go with her and also allowed her to the picnic. On the next day, they started their trip towards Rameswaram Temple, the Pamban island. On the way many beautiful sites were there, Shreya and her friends enjoyed the view and Reema who was always sad became happy to see her daughter happy as she was a fatherless child so Reema was concerned about her all the time but seeing the happiness she felt regreted for her decision and thought, Shreya is so happy when she is outside. Why I couldn't understand her feelings before? Thinking this some drops of tears came out of her eyes and Shreya could see them and asked her, why are you crying Mama? Reema said, no beta I am just happy to see you enjoying the journey! 

Oh! Really Mama! Thank you so much, Mama, Shreya said to her mother hugging her. After a few minutes, they reached Pamban island . They took their belongings to a resort, they had booked online

.And asked the receptionist to give them their keys. The receptionist asked Reema, Madam did you book your rooms? Shreya replied, of course, we have booked two rooms online. Then the receptionist start checking on the system whether they had booked the room or not. After checking she was surprised and said madam there is no booking in the name of Reema Srivastav. I am not able to see any room booked in the last three days.

Reema and Shreya looked at each other in surprise. Shreya said, But how is that possible? Please check it again. The receptionist again checked and found a surprising thing and said in fear yes Madam! , there is a booking for six persons but the name of the person is not Shreya Shrivastav. But who has booked the room tell me ? Shreya shouted in anger. The receptionist replied to Shreya that the booking is in the name of our Owner Mr Dharmendra Shrivasatv but your name is not mentioned here.Shreya and her mother couldn't believe her ear .The person who had booked room for them was Dharmendra Shrivasatv,Reema's ex-husband. But why he had booked and how did he know all this? Reema thought and looked at Shreya. Both couldn't understand anything so Reema told the receptionist to give her the keys to the room but the receptionist did not give her any and dialled a number from her phone to someone and told the details to that person over the call. Then after a conversation on phone, she gave the key to Reema and told them to go to their rooms. They went to their rooms and so many thoughts came to Reema's mind . Four friends of Shreya stayed together and Shreya and Reema stayed in one room and there they took rest for some time. 

Reema was looking very stressed.

Shreya was very desperate to go outside and visit the Island. On next morning, when they were just about to visit the Rameswaram Temple first ,they saw a person standing outside their resort and continuously looking at Reema. Reema felt very embarrassed and was about to move then that person stopped her and said, Reema how are you? Reema replied ," I am good "and asked him and you? He said I am not good without you and Shreya. I understood my mistakes and have come to take you both with me forever. Reema stood silent for some time and Shreya hugged that person. He was Shreya's father, Dharmendra Shrivasatv.

This way the winter brought a new beginning for Reema and her daughter Shreya.
