Yes! I Went To The Therapist

Those mournful days

I wished a person 

To hear me

Because a disturbed mind is not easy

To deal with

I thought to speak out to a family member or a friend

But what if they judge me

Blame me

I couldn't take that

My mind brought me -

Yes! I went to the therapist

A person who is completely unknown

Because she wouldn’t judge me 

Because she doesn’t know about me 

I opened my mind and filled the canvas 

With all the painful colors

She listened carefully 

That’s all I wanted 

Someone to hark
