With Nothing In Return
With Nothing In Return
Small baby in the pram
Composed and filled with desires of milk and play.
A little girl holding her hand
With love of her mother and food say summer fruits in this scorching heat.
She who was managing it all
With love, care, and belonging.
"My little babies shouldn't be hungry, shouldn't be in pain.
I'll play with them, give them the warmth and comfort they seek
As I created these lives within my frail body but I'll make them strong".
Small baby demanding her attention with its little fingers, she couldn't ignore the certainty of her ex
istence.
She's filled with energy from the cosmos validating the connection between a mother and her life in a new body.
"Sacrifices and vows are little when I look at them smiling watching sprinting trees from the train, looking at the window having a hollow sky Just available for their imagination."
Wrinkles were evident on her face at this early age as she was working,
Working hard to charge her phone,
To manage the time of food for small babies,
Standing on her feet to earn and in return
She's hopeful, hopeful to achieve nothing in return.
