Wildfire
Wildfire
She was a child of the moon,
Wandering around aimlessly in the dark.
Her eyes were the portal to another world,
Full of magic and mystery.
And her smile was a sword,
which could thrust anyone's heart.
She was the Adam's ale,
Which awakens the withered florets around her.
She gave and gave until ..
She turned from a sea to a desert.
Behind those heavenly eyes,
It was an awful mess,
Broken spirits and painful thoughts , strewn across the floor.
In the chaotic forest of her thoughts,
The trees were sad and the butterflies had broken wings.
Her shattered heart hungry for a home , always tried to fit in,
And then .. she realised her worth and never looked back.
Strong enough to rise again after being trampled upon,
When she scattered into ashes , the flames inside her soul started burning high.
Wiped her own tears and pat herself on the back,
Out of the shatteredness blooms the unshatterable,
Out of the depths emerges the strength.
She rose up like a phoenix from the ashes.
From her own ashes , she became fire,
Fire, enough to light the way and burn anything venturing to stop her.
