When I see my country's Flag

When I see my country's flag I feel so proud,

I want to shout out loud,

See my country's flag fluttering so free,

I feel so proud, I belong to this country.

After so much of tears, so much of sacrifice.

So much of freedom cries.

Finally the day did come, when we did welcome,

When we in freedom, we could walk home,

Then came the proud moment in our mind,

When our National Flag was designed.

And came the day, it was unfurled in our country,

Symbolising that every indian was free.

And we saluted our National Flag with pride,

And that time we happily and unabashedly cried.

it was the moment we were waiting for,

 when our morale were down,

The flag was now the jewel in the country's crown.
