We Never Met
We Never Met
I was there an hour or two,
Waiting for someone I didn't know,
But no one came to say hello
And the night breeze started to glow,
Telling me somehow, I had to go
For I had to face tomorrow.
I could have stayed any longer
If someone had whispered my ear
The words I was longing to hear,
The one I waited for was near,
But loneliness produce some tear
That made my vision unclear.
So I took my bike on the street,
Toward our village, I went straight,
Snd just when I entered our gate,
My mobile phone woke to vibrate,
Such message came a little late,
She arrived there, just when I left.
