Unrequited
Unrequited
Here I sit, overthinking everything
"He said, he loves me."
It must be true,- things easier said than done
To love,- is more than just a statement
Words,- linked
Causing a domino effect
Falling for lines,- that attempt to reel me in
These words tug away at my heart,- mind
I refuse to give in
Love isn't a sport,- something to be thrown around
Love should be as the words,- engraved on a lost loved ones stone
Love is more than a thought,- more than feelings
Love is action,- love is sure
No doubt in love
God,- is love
Unconditional
Not confusion
Love is patient, and kind
Love shouldn't be casted out as lines
To those eyes,- left blind
They seek love with rose colored glasses
Love is authentic,- doesn't need any masking
"He said, he loves me."
___is love_ what I see, and feel from he?
Or is all the love,- coming from me?
