Unreal
Unreal
In this day of pain and gain,
I want to be a soulful rain.
In this world of guilt and shame,
I want to be the joy—a smile can blame.
In this night of wounder and darkness,
I want to be the spark of brightness.
In this kingdom of love and desire,
I want to be a satisfaction, that's rare.
I want to be a sweet spice;
A warmness in cold ice.
An era of brightness,
That can reign of the flaws,
I want to be someone—
Different enough to break the earthy laws.
I want to be the one—
Known to all and own to none.
Not a princess but priceless;
Not earthy but worthy.
Not above all and yet tall,
It would be my standard, from where I'll never fall.
I want to be a sort of craving,
Fulfilled urges for saving.
In the life I want to be, a meaning.
In the eyes full of tears,
I want to be the shine that's always gleaming.
