True love

I saw him walking towards me with a bunch of red roses in his hand. I was so nervous while he came stood right in front of me. He knelt down to hand them to me. I heard the man of my dreams say "I love you" ....ohhh I was on cloud nine. I stretched out my arms to grab them from his hand and said "I love you too" at the top of my lungs. My words never travelled past my lips and my fingers couldn't feel the velvety petals of the fresh roses. That's when I realised... I was in the soil bed, resting from the worldly life. I watched tears rolling down from my beloved's eyes as he placed the flowers on my tomb and walked away.

The roses dried and some even flew away with the breeze... but my love for him will never seize.
