The Tough Times

The Tough Times

A man set out for his long walk,

Knowingly he carried the evil within,

His ignorance fueled the deadly fire,

There was something queer about his desire.

The people observed something sinister about his movement,

He wandered about endlessly spreading his love,

It didn’t take time for people to realize that all this

Was just a bluff.

It occurred to a lady first that he was possessed by a devil,

The same Satan that had quarantined thousands,

The same evil with its desire to finish off the human race

And finally, make them vanish off the earth’s face.

It takes a wise read to realize

That there was a much greater evil,

Hiding in the soul, hiding in the shadows, ready to

Alter a man’s will

But when you know it, you shall

Infer the intensity of the current situation

And as it is said before,

These are really tough times.
