The Tale Of A Small Boat

The small boat on the river bank,

Waiting for a boy who is returning as a Man,

Years ago he left his village,

In the same boat to touch the sky,

The boat had dropped him on the other side,

He went alone leaving everything aside,

The village waited for him to return,

The boat kept sailing on its own run,

Many like him took the boat one by one,

The village was still waiting for them to come,

Surprisingly today that small boy is returning,

Only the boat knows what he is bringing,

A school was built, a hospital was constructed,

The village was happy, every moment was celebrated,

Time went by, he had to return,

The villagers were sad, their happiness took a U-turn,

Only the boat was sailing on its own run.
