The Return Of Spring
The Return Of Spring
With the rustling leaves,
The wind hummed a breeze;
The air got chilled,
And the dew with freeze.
The saplings smiled,
With baby leaves sprout;
The advent of spring,
Had made the green out.
The grasses got splashed,
With tinkles of dew;
The clouds were foggy,
And the breath felt new.
I walked along the pavements,
With cold pinching my skin;
And rhyming to the chirps,
I heard the birds sing.
Flowers smiled out of the buds,
Adding colors to the fling;
The feeling is awesome,
With the return of spring.
