The Pathways of Life

When you feel that life is full of tensions,

All everyone wants is fame and money,

That Everybody seeks attention;

Everyone is looking for their pot of honey.

You feel depressed whom to trust,

And whom not to,

As if everyone is on test,

Don't know where to go what to do.

Then at the end of the tunnel, you see,

A child standing all alone on your way,

You see his smile you feel suddenly free;

His smile makes you happy and gay.

You go up to him carry him in your arm. 

His laughter in your face feels so true.

You feel so happy and so warm.

You feel the darkness has finally left you.

The child wants you to play.

His innocence beguiles you.

Feel children are so innocent and so true.

You thank god for showing you the way.

Who is this child you think? 

Came into your life when it was in strife.

When you were standing on the brink.

His smile pulled you back into life. 

The child is no more to be seen all,

You Search for him high and low.

You cry out and you loudly you call.

looking upwards see the heavenly glow.

Then you suddenly understand.

The child was yours, a part of your mind.

You were searching for a way out.

On the pathway, you left behind.

For your anxieties for your doubt. 

You create your own niche, your  own hell.

Or our very own paradise.

It depends on what we feel what we tell.

Whether the truth or lies,

For at every turn in life at every bend;

When you walk on the pathways of life.

Your choose your own beginning and end.

You choose a happy life or of strife.
