The Last Desire
The Last Desire
Someday, If I'm dying
I would ask the lord of ray,
Just to delay the things a bit
To spare me an extra day.
Then have a walk to the Riverside
And resting on the dewy grass
I would remember those days,
Painting those memories
In my shiny fearless eyes
In my own crazy ways.
I would wait for those
Whom I know will never come
And thus spend my day alone
Watching the sun go down.
I would've asked for life
I would've asked for a sapphire
But what I only want is
To fulfill my one last desire.
And so, I spent a peaceful day
In my own cheerful way
But, I did all this
Only to die other day.
