The Fading Way

I was on those busy roads today, 

With my bike and heart full of waves. 

I love those tiny droplets hanging in the air, 

Whispering in my ears that winter is here. 

But a part of me has a fear slight, 

Coz I've to reach my home tonight. 

My hands are freezing and eyes are glazed, 

The night is turning in a cold white flame. 

And with a elflike courage on this fading way, 

 I've to ride a few miles staying safe.
