The Feet

Just came out of the shower

Ready to go to sleep

Suddenly when I heard a beep

Was it the windows?? Or was it the trees

All I could listen was something other than breeze

Ignored it and put the headphones on

Then something again from the door moved on .

This time it was not a beep rather a roar or I could say a moan

The voice began to get deeper and deeper in my room

All I was thinking to escape from this very soon.

I took out the cross from my neck and went straight ahead

Opened the door and there was no more just when I turned I felt a burden.

Someone was on my body making me feel heavy and it was impossible to remain steady

Down on the floor I crept towards the door

Trying to leap when I saw someone's feet
