Boy In The Lake
Boy In The Lake
Beside the playground,
Was a little lake,
Not so deep,
Said all don't hesitate,
Strained the boy to inhale the vape,
All he wanted was ease,
But still natured a smile on his face.
Stepping ahead hoped for aid,
As he kept going,
A little down the lane,
Entering the loch,
Leaving his left,
It was an all cold arrest,
With rough cover on rest.
He'd rather decide to float,
But the choices were never complete,
As the water was still above the feet,
To connect with peace.
Moon was also too up above,
Longing to escape,
He turned aside,
Felt Something a little smooth behind,
Looking below what struck his eyes,
It was all beneath the cold,
That he could see was piece of gold,
Embedded in the crust,
Like those seeds thrown away,
It truly was a mistake,
Water was just to unveil,
As he now was awake,
But all they saw was,
Boy in the lake.
