Golden Rabbit
Golden Rabbit
Today I walked down the castle borders,
Saw something running with a shudder,
When I peeped at the bushes,
It hurriedly rushed,
Eight-year girl, me running behind her,
Looking for it until 4.
I kept on doing this until and unless,
I started crying as my heart ached.
I knew it was a rabbit,
And loves bouncing as a habit,
Again, when I returned back from the East,
After becoming the leader, ready for the Feast,
I again walked out of the castle at 3 am,
Thinking about how I gained love and name,
Just then unexpectedly I saw it again,
But this time what I saw made me insane,
It was a Golden Rabit looking at me,
I quickly sat down on my knee,
As I moved forward my trembling hands,
It came to me, to the nearby land,
It was surprising that I could touch it now,
I grabbed it in my arms and wondered how,
It made me feel like I was watching myself,
From nothing to something beautiful speechless,
Thinking that the entire country would praise,
All will start calling me " Your Grace,"
And I hope I will become as beautiful as this,
And watch it every day under the garden trees.
