The Fall

The Fall

The clouds were pitch black,

it reminds me of his pupil.

The sun bid good bye to the world as it colored the sky orange-red,

it reminds the blush my cheeks held, whenever he utters,

The magical three words, "You-are- Mine".

The birds flapped the wings to reach it's nest,

This scene reminds me of the butterflies that arouses,

when ever our finger entangles.

The clouds burst out rain,

it reminds me the first time our eyes met,

while he stooped at the bus stop.

The very first time his eyes shouted love at me, in such high decibels,

that almost broke the doors of my heart.

The chillness of the rain that spread across,

reminds me the first time we actually kissed,

Apart from the virtual kisses.

People were sitting around the campfire to keep them warm,

it reminds me of the warmth of his chest,

when ever I snuggle with him.

The petrichor reminds me of his cologne,

whenever I'm trapped by his arms.

He is the sunshine that brings the rainbow in me.
