Can you smell the colour green?

With a song of hope, joy, and delight

A camouflage for prey and predator

And a lush canvas for the nursery of nature

It only takes a raindrop of happiness

For shades of green to dance in the fullness

To a shade cool, mild and ephemeral

Bows out darkness, 'tis surreal

With sunlight, the leaves mellow

Making the day, bright and yellow.
